Great location and property is in nice area on hillside and easy off highway. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We ate dinner there 2 nights and dinner was very good and food was local style which we enjoyed. Breakfast is basic but very good. Would recommend staying here

Holidays in Calabria and overnight for five nights in this very nice place. Let's start with the staff. I found everyone very friendly, helpful, smiling and professional. In five days only once they did not greet us or smile: a very young and small girl during breakfast. Mha... Food... great. We had dinner in 4 and found great courtesy and excellent quality. Also great price. Nice swimming pool. Maybe maybe... I was not fully satisfied with the rooms. The room is spacious and clean but the disappointment comes at night... at 1 am children who were celebrating a birthday at the restaurant made hell of a noise in the floor where there are rooms without the staff caring about guests, I had to go down in my pajamas to make it known... Rooms 209 and 210 to avoid, the hood makes an annoying noise unless you go down to make it turn off.... The air conditioner turns on every 30 minutes with no possibility to turn it off unless you come down to have it deactivated.... We had dinner at the restaurant here too the staff does not excel in kindness. Too bad in the past I was definitely fine

My husband and I love this place. We stayed here twice during our journey down from Rome to Sicily and back up again. The staff is extremely professional and kind, and the rooms are spotless and spacious. The view from our room was beautiful, but the real surprise was the restaurant. We found the dining at the agriturismo to be EXCELLENT, using the highest-quality of products from their own farms. Since my in-laws live in Sicily and we will undoubtedly be doing annual trips from Rome to Sicily, we plan on making a stop in Montalto Uffugo a fixed part of our itinerary. Hotel is clean, good staff, rooms are spacious and the restaurant offers good variety of food and wines. The hotel is on a hill outside of the city. It has a very nice and large swimming pool. The property as agriturismo, produces its own olive oil and jams at very reasonable prices.
