Great location. Perfect for my business meeting and walking into Sterling in the evening. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and hotel was quiet. Beds always comfortable what more do you need. Will stay again next time I am in Stirling

Excellent location close to Stirling City Centre. Very helpful staff. Room felt a little chilly to start with but heating controls were easy to use. Ultimate wi-fi was an upgrade from standard, but there were a couple of glitches.

The hotel was the usual Premier Inn experience and it ticked all the boxes. The Beefeater next door however was awful. Their heating had broken down on one of the coldest nights of the year (Friday 1st February). Not their fault as such but the way they handled it was not clever

Hi there Thanks for your query. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you had with your key card, I can assure you this isn't a regular occurrence. The hotel team are more than happy to provide additional key cards if you ask them. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Premier Inn Team

Hi Nellie, All of our hotels have secure Luggage Rooms that guests can store their bags in before or after their stay. The only time a guest is not able to store their bags is if the room is already full so we cannot store any more luggage, or if a guest is asking to store their bags for more than a few hours around their stay. I hope this has clarified the matter. Kind regards, Rebecca

Hi Nellie, As per my other message, we do have a secure Luggage Room for our guests to use if you speak with the team. The only time this will be declined is if the room becomes full, but this is rare. Kind regards, Rebecca

Hello, We do in fact have interconnecting rooms here at Premier Inn Stirling City Centre and providing they are not already booked for your required dates they would be available to you. However, to ensure that we allocate you the interconnecting rooms we would require you to contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival at our hotel. Many Thanks, Reception
