Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking your time to contact us. I'm sorry to read that you feel no apology with given, I was on the desk myself the morning after the evacuation and made sure all guest were given an apology, as you can understand this was a stressful and difficult time for the hotel so if you didn't receive an apology in person, I can only apologies. On the evening of the evacuation this was dealt with two duty managers and night staff. Andrew, can you please contact me direct to discuss this further on fohmanager@stirlinghighlandhotel.co.uk Again, please accept my apologies in the meantime and I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Scott Young Front of House Manager

Could be much nicer. the historic bit of the building is nice however the bedrooms are in a later extension. Room was tired and we expected much more for £140 and the 4 star rating. Breakfast was also average. Good location though.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend a particular room. Our room was adequate for one night but if you are going for a special occasion I would phone and request. Don’t ask don’t get. They probably need the business and the ratings. Hope you enjoy!
