Our party of 7 people took over Rosebank House for the weekend, welcomed by the owners Jim & Aoife. Very comfortable house, with plenty of seating for us all to sit and chat by the log burner. Gorgeous comfy beds, everything is spotless and rooms are well equipped with tea, coffee and homemade biscuits in each room. Breakfasts prepared for us each morning were totally delicious. Good choice of breakfasts from avocado & egg on toast to waffles. Thank you very much for having us to stay.

We’re glad to have found the ideal place for a stopover on the long journey to the far North. We have stayed here a few times now and have appreciated the warm welcome from Jim and Aoife and their lovely house. The bed is very comfy with quality bedding, great shower and toiletries and lovely homemade cookies on the ample hospitality tray. A well cooked breakfast with homemade bread, granola and yoghurt sets you up for the day! In the town are a number of good restaurants reached by a short, pleasant, riverside walk which is well lit at night. Highly recommended for a stay in Blairgowrie.

Since we had a fab stay here before we decided this is the place to be when visiting family in Blairgowrie. Jim and Aoife are very welcoming and extremely good hosts. The breakfasts are to die for being local produce and homemade fare. Loved our stay thank you both very much. Yes we will be back 😄

We have stayed at Rosebank House with Jim and Aoife before, the house has been improved so much over the years, very comfortable stay with extremely high standards, quality facilities, wonderful bedding, lovely thick towels and a great shower unit. Breakfast menu has something for everyone, fresh produce, award winning jams and marmalade on offer, absolutely spoiled ! Jim and Aoife are great hosts, go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. This has now become an annual golfing stay, however so much else to do. Highly recommend a visit to this area from a base of Rosebank House.

Had a two night stay in the Rosebank and the experience was very good. From the initial booking through to the final check out Jim and Eabha (Eva) were excellent hosts. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the breakfast choices for a small establishment were amazing, particularly the home made rolls and jams. Keep up the good work and we hope to be back one day.
