We stayed here for one night, booked at short notice but that was no bother for the hosts. In fact, we could not have been made more welcome! Secure bike storage was provided and the hosts even covered our bikes up with a tarpaulin in case it rained! Plenty of choice for breakfast, well cooked and delicious. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, towels and toiletries provided, the fan was a little noisy but stops after a few minutes and in any case shutting the bathroom door blots out the noise. Despite being opposite the railway station car park, there was no background noise in our room, although this was at the rear of the property. Very convenient for the town centre and amenities and easy to find. A nice touch were the maps in the dining room with pins for where all the guests had come from over the years! Would gladly stay here again.

I have just stayed for 2 nights at Trinity House as part of a group of 11 women cyclists. Jayne, John and their team went to great lengths to make our stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
The location is central, right opposite the station and with car-parking to hand.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and have generous supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The beds are very comfortable and have quality bed linen. The towels are thick and cosy. The shower had good pressure and temperature control.
There is a very good choice for breakfast (fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals) and hot food is individually cooked. There is a large toaster in the diningroom so toast is fresh and hot.
We were all able to leave our bikes securely in the courtyard at the back of the house and Jayne had even wiped our saddles dry in the morning after it had rained.
We all loved every minute of our stay here thanks to Jayne and her team's wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. There was a lovely array of biscuits, tea, coffee and bottled water. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best I have ever had, everything tasted so fresh.
The railway station is literally cross the road and there is a large car park also across the road from the guest house which charges £3.90 for 24 hours, a bargain for sure.
The lady who owns the guest house is lovely and the lady working at breakfast was lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this guest house and cant wait to visit Beverley and the Trinity Guest House again.

We wanted to stay somewhere in Beverley that was close to the railway station and Trinity House fulfilled this requirement as it is less than a minute’s walk away. But the accommodation offered so much more than just being close to the railway station.

The rooms all have a character of their own but the ones we saw were spacious and well equipped. There were facilities for making drinks and these were kept stocked up. Above all in these health conscious times, the room was very clean. There is also a pleasant outside area where guests could sit.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, so much so that we skipped lunch on all 3 days we ate breakfast there. We found Jayne and her team to be friendly, informative and they provided a good service to guests.

In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay at Trinity House and would definitely book there again if we returned to Beverley.

Recently stayed here whilst on a night out in Beverley and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely friendly, our room (#2) was lovely, very bright and spacious . It was very well appointed too, lots of tea, coffee, water and biscuits plus toiletries in the bathroom which we weren't expecting. We chose our breakfast the night before so it was cooked to order the following morning, it was delicious and we were given as much coffee as we wanted. I'm just sad we were only there for one night, will definitely stay again.

Having been on transpennine cycle route we were delighted to be welcomed to Trinity Guest House. We needed a secure location for our cycles, which was provided. The house is spotlessly clean and the welcome was friendly and very professional. A wide range of options was available for breakfast, which was delicious. Handy location near railway station and adjacent to town centre.

We booked in for one night to meet up with friends. We were greeted by Jane who was very friendly and personable. She gave us some paperwork to fill in which consisted of the breakfast menu for the next morning. The choices for breakfast was vast and we could choose what time we wanted to eat, which was brilliant as we were having alcohol beverages on the Saturday afternoon into the evening. We then went to our room (room number 3) which was very large with a double bed and two singles and also two settees. The room was clean and the tea tray very well stocked. We were also given bottled water and biscuits. The morning breakfast was beautiful and they couldn't do enough for us. The only reason I knocked one star off was because the television signal was very poor and we could hardly get any channels because it kept pixelating. Normally this wouldn't have bothered us but we were in the bedroom for 9pm so would have liked some better TV. Having said this I would definitely recommend Trinity House.

Very very good value for money.
Organised but very flexible too.
Good breakfast choice and the best fresh fruit.
A ten second run to the station.
Please consider having an orthopaedic mattress in reserve should anyone need one.

Once again Jayne and her team at Trinity Guest House have provided wonderful hospitality for me and 11 women friends on our two night cycling trip to Beverley. The accommodation is great and the breakfasts are delicious (as per my review in May 2022). Jayne went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will hope to return again next year!

We had an amazing stay! Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Bedroom very big and comfortable with some lovely toiletries and also tea/coffee making facilities with chocs and biscuits! Breakfast was amazing with wonderful selection of fresh fruit and more! Our bikes were kept in the back garden behind a locked gate. Jane provided us with parking permits for our 3 days away! So kind. She even gave us a complimentary bag of freshly picked plums.
