We were having a short break with friends and booked the garden suite. We have stayed in this suite before and it is so comfortable, clean, well decorated and light and airy. The owner, Matthew and his team could not be more helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing, probably the best breakfast we have had in The New Forest. The afternoon cream tea was delicious and the gin bar is absolutely out of this world, so much choice. We can’t wait to return again this year. A real jewel in the New Forest.

Matthew has got a brilliant team here and the service was excellent. From breakfast in the morning until we got back in the afternoons either for a drink or cream tea in the lovely garden, nothing was too much trouble. Everything we ate was of the highest quality and we will certainly return. The hotel doesn't offer evening meals, but there are plenty of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. It is also dog friendly.
