It’s cheap and cheerful. Try to get a room at the back it’s quieter as busy road other side Needs some TLC , but for price it’s fine. Car parking a bit of of a Faff as 4 hours max, then another rate for the evening. The location is brilliant in middle of shops with plenty of bars & cafes nearby. 30 mins WiFi is a joke . Guess rooms hot in summer no A/c.

Nicely appointed, clean and functional - excellent reception service when I checked in. Rooms are good value - bear in mind they're c£45. No a/c in the Summer is a PITA as the windows only partly open and 0330 wake-up calls from flocks of seabirds isn't welcome. It's location is excellent, being a few minutes from the town centre. However - parking isn't great.....there isn't any and although there is a small car park nearby, it has zero security (no cameras not even a barrier) and being very isolated is ideal for thieves and vandals: Don't go by car if you car is attractive to thieves or the sort which some morons will key for the sake of it. This didn't happen to me, but that's just goog fortune.

A last mintue much needed break. Great value, central location. Christchurch is stunning, quay is so pretty. Surrounded area just beautiful, makes me think staycation may need to be regular event. Hotel staff very welcoming and professional. However this time Rooms seemed tired. Carpet badly stained. But others wise clean. Just a bit shabby. Which is a shame as other wise great. Carparking is expensive. (We used a parking app to find local more reasonable parking) Also the under ground carparking was full of very boisterous teenagers Sunday night. We were fine, made of tough stuff us 😂🤣 But can imagine this would be intimating to others. General a good base. Just needs a few tweaks.

Stayed here as we needed to a hotel at the cheapest possible price. Travelodge Christchurch was amongst the best value places to stay in the area. No frills, alright stay. Get what you pay for. Nicely located in the centre of Christchurch. Would return if back in the area.

Great location, close to the lovely Cathedral and ruins and riverside walk. The rooms were clean, airy and comfortable. The only negative thing about our stay was the lack of car park and the extra expense of parking fees
