We were accommodated by Jayne and Andy at very short notice due to our existing accommodation being closed on our arrival! Andy answered our call for help and although they were actually closed to guests due to doing maintenance they said we could stay. What a beautiful place, the bedroom was stunning, comfy bed, immaculately clean and tidy, parking and very welcoming hosts. We can’t thank you enough Andy & Jayne and highly recommend Apple Tree bed and breakfast. Thank you

Beautiful House, very tastefully decorated. Made to feel very welcome. The bedrooms were very spacious even the single. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast tray delivered to your room, delicious. Delivered with a smile! Car parking very handy, very close to the town centre. Short drive to Dartmoor. Plenty to see and do.

Another stay for us here at The Apple Tree B&B. Probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Amazing comfortable bed in Room 4 at the top of the house big spacious room with separate en suite. Beautifully stylishly decor. Tea and coffee. Robes. Iron and board. Toiletries. Car parking at back of house. 5 minutes walk into the town centre and 3 minutes to The Wharf for concerts. Lovely family. Word to the wish book with them direct on their website better rate and breakfast included. Booking.com doesn’t include breakfast in the price. If you are planning a trip to Tavistock you won’t find a better place to stay 😊

It is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful B&B…..it is an amazing place to stay, immaculately clean, very comfortable….. the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in , in any hotel I have ever stayed in and that includes several 5* hotels….the owners are such lovely friendly people and go the extra mile to make your stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfasts are lovely and served in your room and that meant I could have breakfast in my pajamas …..home from home !! I highly recommend the Apple Tree and anyone who stays there will certainly not be disappointed.

Having just spent two nights in the fabulous Apple Tree B & B in Tavistock, I was so impressed I wanted to recommend this place to others. It is situated right in the heart of Tavistock, an easy walk to anywhere in the town. There is ample parking to the rear of the property and a warm welcome on arrival. The house has a wonderfully calm atmosphere, with beautiful decor and everything you could need for your stay. It is spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, Jayne and Andy, who clearly work very hard to make their guests' stay as happy as possible. Anyone considering a stay in this lovely market town would do no better than to book into the Apple Tree.

We have just spent another night at the immaculate and beautiful Apple Tree B&B, this time we were in room 4 on the top floor. A gorgeous room tastefully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean too! The bed is enormous and the room has it’s own en-suite with walk in shower. Tea and coffee are provided as are robes and a fridge. Breakfast is served in the room and was amazing. There is easy off road parking at the rear. Absolutely highly recommended.

Stayed at appletree b&b for 3 nights mid October. What a fantastic place to stay, definitely 5* accommodation. The restrictions applied because of coronovirus did not affect our stay at all and we felt very safe stayig here. We loved our large room, with everything you could possibly need, large wardrobe space, so many coat hangers, coffee, tea, hot chocolate facilities, even a fan for those hot nights, modern clean bathroom with underfloor heating. Andy our host was more than helpful, from rearranging our stay because of the pandemic to advice on where to eat to recommending a local car repair garage. We had a fantastic breakfast delivered to our bedroom every morning. Free parking to the rear of the property was an added bonus. We had a fantastic stay at appletree and will be returning in the spring of next year. Thank you Andy…

Such a gorgeous place, 5* for everything. It was absolutely immaculate. Andy was brill, so helpful and gave us some help to see the sunrise. Unfortunately didn’t have time for breakfast but I’m confident it would of been delicious. Short & sweet visit but would 100% recommend. The room was lovely, white and super fresh , the bed was SO comfortable! Towels bedding and everything was high quality. And a fab coffee machine in your room. 10/10 Brilliant location just a short walk from little centre, loved it. Cute little town Thank you 😄

Great place to stay for couples. Very accommodating host. Andy made sure we had a very comfortable stay helping us with places to visit in Cornwall and Devon. Booked two rooms Scarlet and Braeburn for 3 nights. Both rooms were very comfortable with quality linen, towels and pillows. Beds were also spotlessly clean and comfortable. We also had toiletries in the rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, filling and fresh, continental breakfast with fresh croissants, toast and jam. We were served with beautifully prepared summer fruit bowls each morning. Location is also very central to and walking distance to centre of town. Had to eat in our rooms due to Covid, the eating area is closed. Would highly recommend and revisit. Thanks a lot for everything Andy. Keep up the good work. Good luck in these difficult times.…

Andy came out to great us and carried in our two heavy suitcases to the first floor from the car park at the rear of the property. He then he offered us tea/coffee which we took in the beautiful lounge. He asked if we needed any recommendations for dinner and we told him that we had already booked into a local restaurant just up the road and he said it was a good choice. Our room was at the front of the house but there was no road noise. The bed was comfortable with lovely crisp white sheet and soft towels. Plenty of teas and coffees in the room. Breakfast was served in the lounge and there was a wide range of cooked breakfasts. We had the full English which had tasty bacon and sausages. It was a great start to the day. The only down side was that we were only there for one day! Next time it will be longer. Super host.…
