From the moment you walk through the door I loved it, the room (no2) was spacious with a king size double bed and spotlessly clean. We purchased drinks at the bar the owners are so welcoming felt like we had known them for years We booked as we had a reservation at RockSalt ( which was amazing) and the restaurant is only a 10 minute walk from hotel When we returned after dinner we had a drink in the hotel bar which was full of residents and non residents ( who had dinner at the hotel and said it was very good) the atmosphere was brilliant everyone was chatting and laughing, was the perfect end to a great day Breakfast is served in the restaurant and did not disappoint again great service We will definitely be back - did not want to leave this hidden gem

We stayed for 2 nights, room 3, room was lovely size and comfortable, only issue which has been said before is you need to drop all the blinds on the windows if you want more privacy from the overlooking properties and the blind in the bathroom made me very conscious as it was a clear pained glass and not a very thick blind but other than that lovely. The restaurant is excellent and the chef is amazing, we had dinner there on the Saturday night and the food was outstanding, as where the breakfasts. What can I say about the host, Raj, absolutely lovely man, makes you feel very welcome and at ease, very chatty and funny, top marks to the man.

Beautiful boutique and very clean hotel, with fantastic hosts Dill, his partner and his mum. Warm welcome and had a good old chat with them at the bar on the night of our stay. My wife and I will be back. Great food and staff were very friendly. Place is accessible to the beach and the leas nearby with only a 10 mins walk to town centre and harbour. We will be back soon and potentially stay with you on our way to France.

Had a short break in Folkstone in July. We stayed in the small double room, very clean, but very small, up two flights of stairs. Still lovely Hotel, very helpful friendly owners. Vegan breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.
