Stayed for 2 nights with my son for legoland we, the hotel it's self is lovely and our room was excelllent we were on the 5th floor and the view was brilliant the room was clean and a goood size with everything you need. We had breakfast both morning and it was very nice both times. Evening meal we had the buffet on our 1st night can't complain enough choice there is something for everyone there and even thhe 2nd night we at in the bar and that food was excellent overall the hotel is excellent value for money only fault was the pool was not on but in time I am sure it will be.
Thank you to all the staff for being so professional and so helpful to my son with special needs and eating difficulties. Melwyn particularly manager of food and drink going beyond his duties purreeing my sons food who is also coeliac making sure everything was safe for him aswell as heating up food that I had brought him and even preparing another breakfast to take with us into Legoland Check in was easy, with the children given a fruit shoot ….the rooms were spotless and no problem getting more milk or teabags. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good and reasonably priced and again service was excellent. I would recommend staying here knowing how well my family are going to be treated.
A very nice comfortable hotel, rooms need slight updating but nice neither the less , reception staff made us so welcome and even arranged Prosecco for our anniversary. Breakfast was good and hot and nice choice. Only downside is the bar is not open until 5.30 and closes at 10pm.
Lovely rooms and hotel but we were definitely treated as second class citizens on our coach trip to the best London Gardens 3 day/2 night trip. Food we were served was most definitely not up to standard. Restaurant manager had little explanation. Very budget low quality food served to us as a coach party. Tinned potatoes, hard frozen mixed vegetables, boiled chicken one night. Beef lasagne or vegetable lasagne for another night - that was the only choice. Both nights dessert was frozen cake. Not at all what we expected from this hotel. My complaints have not followed up or even acknowledged despite an email, a letter and a further email. Have heard nothing from either the coach company, the hotel management or the umbrella Millenium Hotels organisation. Shocking service for the price we paid. Wouldn't want anyone else to be treated as we were.…
Perfectly situated hotel, if you are visiting the nearby tourist sites,, such as Legoland and Windsor Castle. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel full marks was simply because the room was a tad too warm, and the car park is a bit snug getting in and out. But overall spot on, we only had breakfast and evening drinks in the hotel, again no fault could be found, so much so if work commitments allow we’ll be going in October this year
