Spent 2 nights at this hotel, right on the seafront, with superb views of the promenade and bay. Try and have breakfast in the small room adjoining the main dining area. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Rooms were clean and well presented though no a/c . However large fan available, but of course not need by us at this time of the year.. Good choice of goodies, tea etc in our room.Amazing choices available for breakfast with staff serving teas/coffee as well as the main breakfast choice.plenty of items available as well on a well stocked and beautifully presented self service counter. Well stocked bar on ground floor, and gym, swimming pool available on a lower floor to members and guests. Situation of the hotel means that shops etc.. are just round the corner. Will definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is on the promenade and only 1 block from the main shopping street. Parking is behind the hotel and limited, but you can leave your keys at the front desk if you need to block someone in. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nicely done. The only con is there is no A/C and it would be nice to have a fan so that we could move air around the room at night when sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choices were abundant.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are all quite new and modern. The gym and swimming pool is also very clean and the staff are very nice. Towels in rooms are lovely and large fluffy. We had a sea view room which was lovely as you could hear the sea lapping the waters edge at night. Very relaxing. We ate in the bar terrace and the food is lovely. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could possible want. It is more or less in the centre of the prom so you not too far from the shops and bars and restaurants. They had entertainment on both Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm. Friday was a harpist which was great and on Saturday there was a pianist and sax player which was also very good.Well worth a visit
A blustery midweek break in January was made special by a trip to the Imperial Hotel on the seafront in Llandudno. The staff were friendly and attentive and the tea was served over looking the sea front. The sandwiches were tailored to an allergy and were delicious. The scones were served with clotted cream and jam and the cakes were dainty and tasty. Coffee and tea refills were available throughout the tea
Had a night away and this was just perfect. The spa and swimming pool are easy to use.The breakfast was very varied and staff very attentive. Amendment to date made very easily by telephone and room choice brilliant. Thanks for a great stay.
