Many thanks for your feedback, Just to let you know your room looks out on to the next door hotels courtyard and we don't have any control over the view or their chefs but we are sorry the view is not great and it is why we price them a lot cheaper than our sea view rooms, Hygiene and cleanliness are very important sorry for the cup but understand your room was clean please give me a call as i would love to talk to you and hope you can come again and see how great we really are kind regards Ian Operations Director

Good morning Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room but we have no issue with them staying in the bedroom on their own. We do not offer a dog sitting service although we can sometimes sit with them behind reception. There is an additional charge for dogs and only certain rooms can take them so please make sure you check availability before booking. West Rocks

Some of the rooms have baths but not sure if there are any single occupancy ones. The staff are very helpful so I am sure if you rang them they would be able to help.
