Detailed Reviews
Stayed in the studio apartment for a few months, it's old but adequate, the beds are small but comfortable enough, the rooms are warm and nice to come back to, there is a shared clothes washing room, it would have been nice if the rooms had a washing machine and i think they did at one time but obviously cheaper to have a shared one.
It also would have been nice if people are living there for a few months then it would be good to have a bigger bed or if the beds could lock together, but I'm sure most people only usually stay there for a weekend . One thing I would recommend is they should remove the smoking point outside the room, it smells and the noise from guests drunk and smoking when you have work early the next day is not good, if people want to smoke they can go out the front door.
All in all it is a nice enough apartment I was in and very good location is the main thing.

We liked the very central location, large size of tjernomyrdin (50 m2) and the low prices of this hotel. Close to most attractions, restaurants and shops in down town.
However, the quality was too low. The entire hotel and the room were completely worn out. Looks like something from the seventies with old furnitures and decor. In addition there was a lot of noise from people smoking just outside our door after midnight.

The first thing to say is to praise the staff; both by email in advance, and in person, they were super helpful and friendly.
Inside, the building is undergoing renovation. Whilst the corridors are still a work in progress, our apartment had been recently redecorated and was nicely decorated. There are nice modern touches, too; plenty of sockets, a smart TV, good WiFi. The location is good, and there's washer/drier facilities for use (seemingly for free, but the welcome sheet suggested there may be a cost).
However, things quickly fall apart. Presented with apparently endless, unmarked light switches, we can only conclude the electrics were designed by a machiavellian evil genius. Highlights include a switch that does nothing, and the bathroom light you can only turn on by turning on all the lights in the entire apartment. The kitchen appliances are tired, and clearly haven't been replaced along with the rest of the internal. The kettle lid didn't shut, and the coffee machine had no lid meaning it wouldn't brew without being jerry rigged open with a spoon. The kitchen fan, even when 'off' is incredibly loud, and as the bedroom and kitchen all join onto one another, it will definitely impact a light sleeper. Much of this would be easily rectifiable and would have made the stay much better.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Norway trip. It wasn’t a good experience.
The noise from the ongoing construction / renovation works, plus the nightclub downstairs meant that sleeping was near impossible. Fire alarms and full evacuations on both days. Room was hot, with no aircon. Sofabed the most uncomfortable ever (tried) to sleep on. The shower leaked. The dishwasher was full and included broken crockery upon arrival. The small lift meant long waits to fit in the buggy. No instructions on how to work kitchen appliances. Washer / dryer is shared, with added cost. No 24/7 hotel staff.
It was not a relaxing experience and we were so tired it affected our enjoyment of Bergen.
Issues reported to hotel but did not respond.
On a plus point, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartments are located right at the center of Bergen’s main square with plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife in the vicinity. My apartment was great , I was expecting a studio with the beds by the kitchen but instead I got a an apartment with a separated bedroom with an ensuite small room where you can store your luggage etc. There was also a large closet and a living room area by the kitchen, overall everything looked very well maintained. Wifi worked flawlessly and regarding the renovation workings going On I think it was at its last stages and it didn’t cause me much of a disturbance, I could hear few working's noises and always from far away from my apartment . The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful

The location is ideal to visit Bergen from Oslo by train. You walk about 10 minutes from the main train station to this central square in Bergen. The apartments are located in a very posh area of Bergen and the center of all tourist activities. There is a theater at one end of the plaza, plenty of restaurants, a walking street, good shopping, and 10 minutes to the famous Bryggen. You walk about a few blocks to catch the funicular to get a good view of Bergen. The train station to the airport is only about two blocks from the hotel.
This is not a hotel, but an apartment complex which shares some units. There is a reception desk that manages your stay. I came at a time when the reception was closed and had an issue with the key card. But, it was solved.
The rooms are the size of a small studio with all the amenities. I only stayed overnight and it was okay for the price. The rooms were clean and there is security all around.

The hotel's location is extremely central, very convenient for everything I wanted to do -- touring, shopping, eating. Having a studio apartment with refrigerator, oven, kitchenware et very convenient. Plenty of natural light in the room but not enough lighting. Saturday night there was partying outside till late, which didn't help me sleep.

Nothing good except the location - regret picked this apartment.
- The mattress (probably 1,6m) was bigger than the 1,5m bed, very uncomfortable for two people. Blanket was not very clean
- sofa bed for the child was cracking all night
- terrible noise from outside and also inside the building
- window was locked and can’t be opened
- for an apartment, there was no kitchen equipment at all, not even one water glass. All other facilities in room was simple
- small bathroom with small shower, brocken toilet paper holder
We have stayed for one night, it was more than enough though

Room was like a small apartment, small kitchen, Sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Staff very helpful. There were no amenities, coffee, lounge etc. They are in the process of adding a rooftop bar, new lobby, new elevators.Would stay again if in Bergen, not far from fish market

Stayed here for 2 nights ... family apartment, bedroom with 2 singles and living room had sofa bed. Small kitchen and decent sized bathroom.
Need to use multi-storey car park located 3 mins walk away.
Brilliant central location ... less than 5 mins to walk to central waterfront Bryggen area.
Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
Only downside was sofa bed in living room really uncomfortable.
