I used this hotel on my way back to the UK after working in Norway for a week
I found the staff to be friendly, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was exceptional, varied options including salmon.
It is just a 5 minute walk to the terminal through a covered car park (not 100% under cover)
Overall I would go do recommend this hotel

I recently stayed here for a single night traveling back to the UK. It’s the first time I’ve been in this hotel and what else can I say other than wow.
Check-in, even late at night was a breeze. Was nice to see Covid precautions in place. The main lobby is spacious and certainly sets a comfortable mood.
The room itself was an interesting mix of certainly masculine design accented with more feminine touches. Soft, variable lighting throughout and large picture windows giving a view out toward last the airport (from my room anyway).
The highlight of the room was definitely the bathroom, specifically the shower. Frosted in all the right places, and located right near the bedroom makes it quite voyeuristic.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and even had a mini bar that stayed illuminated even when all other lights were out... drawing your gaze like that of an insect at night.
Was a bit disappointed the TV was not of the Smart variety, but that’s neither here nor there. The small shelf under the TV as well as the wall along the entry showed obvious signs of wear, but did not feel “dirty”.
Very well kept and would certainly recommend for short transits through. Not exactly close to Bergen proper to use for a convenient base.

Stayed in Clarion on Superior twin room. The hotel in general is very nice and classy. I liked the ambience and facilities. On each floor there‘s a viewing window facing the airport’s runway, a nice place to relax. There’s an option for elec. check-in/out, at the ground floor they have a jazz corner with CD player.
Superior room is very nice and we also have a view of the runway. We had big pillows but for me that kind of pillow is not comfortable. Noise level (due to airplane) on the room is low, you can hear a very tiny sounds from the plane but its not always.
I only gave 4 stars rating bec. I was suprised that in the morning I can smell burned fuel which is probably coming from the airplanes. Not sure how it did passed the ventilation system since but not a very good smell and also unhealthy. The hotel management has to check this one.
Anyway in overall the hotel is very nice. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel which is also very nice!

We stayed here for one night after a Hurtigruten cruise, since we had an early flight the next day. It may be closest hotel to the airport but it’s still a fair walk to get there, you haven’t gone wrong when you find yourself walking through the middle of a car park ! It was a bit disappointing when we arrived, there are several machines which allow you to check yourself in, I’d rather deal with people, but it was a slightly perfunctory greeting when we approached reception. The room was okay for one night, enough room for 2 adults and 2 suitcases, but lacked tea and coffee facilities in the room. I also failed to locate a hairdryer. The real turn off for me were the glass doors on the bathroom. I was also unimpressed with the bedside light on a stalk the wouldn’t stay in place to allow me to read in bed.

If you are flying early this hotel is the answer - breakfast is available from 4.00am, and a five-minute walk brings you into the terminal building. Rooms are nicely fitted out and the beds most comfortable. The room rate includes the breakfast, but for British travellers prepare for high prices in the bar and restaurant. One other thing to be aware of is that the hotel is cashless - we wanted to use up some Kroner, and this was not possible, and there was no flexibility on this 'rule'.

I stayed for one night while travelling for business. The service was top notch. My room was modern, spacey and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was a pleasant experience offering everything you could ask for.

Having stayed at this hotel for quarantine purposes i can throughly recommend it. The rooms are a decent size and mine had a view of the airport runway which was decent as loads to see. Food was excellent and so was the service through from reception to the delivery of your meals ( always on time ) and also nice friendly faces all of the time. I asked for cereal at breakfast and that was no problem either. Wifi was also good and its only 3-4 mins walk from the airport. Would be very happy to stay here again. Thanks Stan

We stayed one night in this modern delightful hotel with its open areas, great views of the airport, large open plan restaurant and bar and friendly efficient reception staff. Located about a ten-minute walk from the terminal along concrete pathways past the rental car area it was the only and obvious place to stay overnight. We arrived on the 45 minute (44 nok) tram ride from Bergen railway station and then rented a car the next day. Our room was quite small and a bit gloomy, but had a desk, an easy chair, a comfortable double bed, hanging space, a shower, big screen TV, good wi-fi, hair drier and a fridge stocked with a minibar. It had an iron and ironing board but no tea or coffee facilities. We ate an evening meal in the hotel and the food quality and portion size (and service) were good. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. I enjoyed great views of landing and taxiing aircraft from the restaurant! We paid £129 for bed and breakfast.

Well here’s the thing: the designers in their wisdom decided the bathrooms should have a bath and not just s shower. They then secured the shampoo and liquid soar far up the wall. Getting up to reach it from your bath is uncomfortable and possibly perilous. Apart from that the room was fine with comfortable beds. The room was set up for 4 and not 3 as we had booked so we had to remove a bed ourselves. The restaurant is good and breakfast is also generous. This hotel is within easy and covered walking distance of the airport and does what an airport hotel should.
