Bristol is a nice hotel. A little to old fashioned style for us, but the Hotel has great service and the rooms are big. The hotels location is very central in Oslo. There is a nice and popular hotel bar here.

I usually stay in Oslo 2-3 times a year, but this was my first time at Bristol Oslo. It was overall a very positive experience indeed. Although the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, which was noticeable, the staff and workers went out of their way to avoid any inconvenience.

I like this hotel, and its ambiente. It is British in style, and a popular place for people to meet for a light lunch. The breakfast is rich and good. The rooms may not be overwhelming, but they are certainly good and comfortable. The service in general is satisfactory, though

If you want this experience on a Sunday remember to reserve a table. We did, and got a nice table, but it was quite close to the next one and hard to get in and out. It’s better to ask for a table on the lower floor, they also have more comfortable chairs. The food and tea is

The Bristol calls it a "Business Room". It's slightly more expensive. We had stayed in a standard a few years ago and liked it. We just returned to the Bristol on June 18 for 3 nights and had booked the Business Room, which was definitely larger and had more amenities. Our room had a good-sized couch, a large desk, a couple of side chairs, a coffee/tea machine, and was in a quiet location on the 6th floor. There may have been other perks but we thought it was definitely worth the extra NK for the space, etc.
