I stayed here with a friend for a short 3 night break and we were pleasantly surprised. The 2 bedroomed apartment was very roomy and had a large balcony. It is in a good location, 15 minute walk to the prom/beach/restaurants. We did walk to the Old Town via a route given on google maps, not advisable! Reception were very helpful with local info and booking us a taxi for a 4:00am return to airport. We loved Paphos and would definitely return to both Paphos and these apartments. Yes, the bathroom is a bit dated but you get what you pay for, it was very clean and conveniently located and a decent place to put your head down at night.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were taken to our apartment and shown how everything worked etc Roxanne on reception could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She booked car hire for us as well as giving us recommendations for local restaurant's, bars and other trip ideas. Apartment, pools and the complex in general were all very well maintained with our apartment being lovely and kept very clean. I couldn't recommend highly enough and would, without hesitation return back to the Artemis Cynthia in the near future!!!

Easy to check-in. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Key safe was easy to access. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the seafront a comfortable 15 minute walk. Car packing at the complex was plentiful. Safe place for families with children.

We stayed at these apartments from Feb 21st - Feb 28th 2024 and had a wonderful stay. We had a one bedroom standard apartment (the smallest) and this was massive for 2 people. The apartment itself was very tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything needed for a self catering holiday. Large fridge/freezer with a more than big enough freezer compartment. Built in Cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. There was an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer in the built in wardrobes, a clothes airer to dry your clothes on the massive balcony, mop, bucket, broom and dustpan for all your cleaning needs, and plenty of pots/pans, cutlery and crockery. We had hot water for the shower all week, if it was not so hot you just pressed a boost button for 20 minutes. The complex itself was very well kept and there are four pools, bearing in mind this is not a huge complex, every block has at least one pool right beside it, again the pool areas were all very pretty and very well kept. One pool at least has a small children's pool and none of the pools were very deep, looked about waste to chest deep at most. I didn't personally go in, not brave enough this time of year but did observe a couple of others in the pools. Picking up the keys after arriving after 5pm was a very simple process. Didn't really need to go to reception much but on the couple of occasions I did they could not have been more helpful and friendly, in fact all the workers we encountered around the complex were lovely. The cleaners did not come round during our stay, but this was stated at booking, they will come round once if your staying two weeks though, they did come and change our towels though, this was more like a flat rental to be honest and the apartment would absolutely be an apartment you could live in all year round. You get enough toilet roll to last a while, a dispenser full and actually this lasted us nearly the whole week, so the pack of 12 we bought was hardly needed lol. You also get a dispenser full of washing up liquid, a cloth and a sponge and we were also welcomed with a basket that had a couple of teabags, couple of sugars, couple of packs of biscuits and a bottle of wine, which even though we are tea total I thought was a great touch. You even get a pair of slippers each with your towels on the bed. The aircon was all in with the price and we used it as a heater this time of year, it warmed the apartment well enough. There is also a quite well equipped little gym and free WiFi all over the complex, including in apartment. I like my football and there is very little in the way of English channels on the TV so I took my firestick, if you plan to do this then take a small extension lead as in our apartment there were only two plugs under the TV stand and none nearby and one was used for the TV the other for what looked like a wifi extender behind the TV. I bought an extension lead here but it would be much cheaper to bring one tbh. My firestick, including my iptv worked well the whole week with no issues. The complex is a little away from most main areas in a very nice quiet area but to be honest most places are 20 minutes or less away walking. Well I hope that covers just about everything, all in all Artemis Cynthia Complex is a fantastic place that I would definitely use again.

Our booking was done by Jennie who was very helpful and efficient. We arrived late at the complex but the keys we sainting for us and we went straight to our apartment. As it was cold that night I asked Roxanne in reception if we could have another couple of covers for the beds. She said she would send someone over straight away. Great service. The apartment was clean and spacious just what we wanted. Many thanks. We will certainly book again in the future.

Excellent apartment to stay with family and friends. Would recommend renting a car as they have lots of free parking spaces. Clean and spacious rooms with aircon and wifi. We loved the huge balcony for breakfast. Great swimming pool and friendly staff. Would recommend here!

Artemis is situated off city centre, so would strongly recommend hiring a car. Buses are available but times from Artemis stop ( opposite/ outside Amazon Kiosk) are unpredictable and infrequent. You can walk to the harbour or old town , but quite taxing in the heat of the day Price paid for our stay during low season was value for money Complex is generally clean and well maintained, but needs updating. Guest Bathroom is especially dated, it’s clean but dark and poorly illuminated. Shower curtain and anti slip mat were clean, but discoloured showing signs of age. Most traveler’s now have shower cubicles or screens at home. Shower grouting and silicon are discoloured giving the impression that it’s not clean. Living room vanity mirror has no power point nearby, the point is to the rear of the sofa bed and is difficult to use. Sofa bed and topper were uncomfortable. Sofa structure was damaged in a few areas. Bedroom, full length mirror is required with a power outlet for a hairdryer at the side. Bedroom mattress and topper were uncomfortable Room terrace overlooked the pool area Pool area generally clean and well maintained, apart from the sun loungers which were damaged, and cushions were faded and torn. Sound proofing in apartments is poor, we could hear all conversations when in the bathroom and bedroom coming from the stairwell, and conversations from the next door apartment. Receptionists Roxanna and her colleague ( Romanian ? ) were extremely helpful. Back office staff member (thinning dark hair) had a disagreement with the car rental rep. There was fault on both sides, but he then followed us out to the car park and continued the argument. I asked him to stop but only after at least the third time did he do so, I found the situation both stressful and unprofessional on his part!

Very nice stay. The resort is old, but well maintained. Clean. Large terraces with views of the swimming pool and green trees. Nice surroundings. Discreet service. Helpful staff at the reception. Well organized check-in/check-out outside reception opening hours. Everything you need in the appartment. The promenade and the old town are within walking distance, but there is also a parking if you have a car and a bus nearby.

Well, we are here again, at what we could quite rightly call our second home. We having been coming close on ten years. As before, every time we arrive, we see changes. And they always improve, this excellent complex.. As usual, the staff and management are excellent, they treat us like family, and you certainly don't get that in many places. We can highly recommend Artemis Cynthia Complex. Everything, including location, cleanliness, prices, and all the facilities, are second to none. If you are looking to stay in Kato Paphos, give them a try, you certainly won't be disappointed, we never have been.. ❤️

Picked this place as it was the cheapest in the area, was not disappointed. Easy way of collecting my key after working hours. Clean, well equipment apartment. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great nights sleep each night. Enjoyed the pool area and plenty of sun beds. Only slight complaint would be no way of making fresh coffee in the apartment. This is very much personal preference as I will not drink instant so a cafeteria would have been welcome. However, during working hours I was able to help myself to the machine.
