I’ve never been to Cyprus before and I’ve always been quite fortunate to do “all inclusive” and long haul, so I was apprehensive about what was to come of this holiday - self catering & somewhere new.
However, as soon as I stepped foot in this hotel we was greeted with open arms by the owner and his beautiful family that went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay the most amazing holiday that we’ll never forget. The hotel catered for our whole party (3x family’s including grandparents and the usual bored teens) and not one of us had a complaint. The teens loved it, there’s a perfect size pool that’s cleaned to high standard with plenty of sun beds and a pool bar which we could all go to and get food and drinks when needed. I needed an extra umbrella one day (for the gingers) and within 3 mins it was up and strawberry blondes were rescued from burning. We had a townhouse which was worth every penny, spacious, decorated to high standard, comfy beds and all the home comforts we needed, as well as beautiful views of the mountains! Air con in every room, controlled by remote control and to be honest I’d move in permanently tomorrow! My parents had a 1 bed apartment which again was beautiful and perfect.
It’s a great location between peiya - which has the most amazing restaurants and you must visit The Mill (a great karaoke bar on a Sunday night) coral bay beaches and obviously the strip which has lots of bars and restaurants. You cannot get bored here!!
The family that run the hotel are great with contacts and information if you need airport transfers, car hire, excursions, places to visit, water sports, places to eat and so much more….
And as mentioned before, the owner is brilliant, his whole family (including children) really do make this apartment one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed. I’ve never felt so at home and comfortable on holiday and so upset when it was time to leave. I felt so safe here, it really does feel like a home from home and a family that we’ll never forget. Landed back at Gatwick this morning and already booking to go back later this year!! Hope to see you soon Neptunes! Thank you for the best family holiday! Love you all!! 🫶❤️🇨🇾🏖

From the Moment I arrived Stavros and his staff made me feel very welcome.

After checking in i was taken to my room a lovely twin room with living area and kitchen with all the bits you would need should you want to cook for yourself. You also have a lovely little balcony area with table and chairs, a large tv and a lovely bathroom. Very impressive.

If you don’t want to cook, the food served at the hotel is very good and both the food and drink are reasonably priced, with a wide selection. The bar is also very reasonably priced and the excellent bar staff Alex and Romeo always made you welcome.

Location wise its perfect!! Turn left and 100 yards and you in the main Coral Bay Bars, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Turn right and just up the road is a fully stocked supermarket, ideal if you want to self cater.

Overall i really enjoyed staying at Neptune hotel and can’t wait to return,

Many thanks to all of Stavros’s staff not forgetting the background staff.......

Yamas

We must be in double figures the amount of stays we have done here. It ticks so many boxes. It is just far enough away from the main ‘strip’ restaurants, bars, shops but only a two minute walk down the road. The owners Stavros and Skevi know every inch of the area and are more than willing to help with anything you may require. The drinks are the cheapest in the resort and the bar attracts both tourists and ex-pats. The food is simple fare but best quality ingredients, some vegetables are grown on the owners farm. The pool area is quiet and there are always enough sun beds. Rooms are nice with a good kitchen area and sitting area.

This is a perfect option for self caterers with a car. The apartments are large clean and well kept and modern. Parking is easy and on the spot. A huge supermarket up the block. The best part of our stay was the manager/ owner who treated us like his personal guests and helped with everything from electricity adapter to beach towels and more. The location was really perfect for us and close to the places we wanted to visit. We really appreciated the human touch and recommend this apartment highly.

Having stayed at Neptune Apartments quite a few times over the years I was surprised when I found I had never left a review.
So credit where credit is due, these self catering apartments are great whether your break is a couple of days, couple of weeks or even longer term.
You will most certainly be greeted with a smile at reception, and after a short check in process be escorted one of the apartments.
Having stayed in various of the apartments here I can say they have always been found clean and fresh with a modern feel to the layout and appearance.
So many thanks to Stavros and family but also not forgetting the other staff here who are also brilliant, nothing you require is ever an issue and you are always served with a smile.
Can not wait to be back

Located in the center of the beautiful Coral Bay area of Paphos not far from its famous sandy beaches.
The Hotel offers many Luxury rooms with all morden facilities. The Hotel has a large swimming pool with ample sunbeds, and umbrellas close to one side of the main bar.It has a restaurant in the main lounge area with a seperate Dining room.
All the foods served are freshly cooked with vegetables from the hotels own farm.
The staff are well trained, efficient, and very friendly exactly what you expect in a family ran hotel like this. The Owner Stavros, and his lady wife Skevi are always in hand to give any assistance you may need.
We had an excellent time there during our stay, and hopefuly will go there again very soon.

We didn’t stay in this hotel, 8 of us rented a villa nearby and had to be out by 10am, with our flight at 19:55, we didn’t know what to do with our luggage and where to go for the day! We saw that this hotel rents lockers for suitcases, and allows you to use the facilities for £5 per locker. Facilities included the bar & restaurant, showers, toilets, spa, gym, swimming pool and sun beds/chairs outside and inside. For 8 of us we only used 3 lockers (€15 total) and we couldn’t have got better value for money. Spent the last few hours round the pool and were able to shower and change before the airport later in the day. It’s close to the main strip of restaurants, bars and shops so there are things going on around the hotel too. The hotel seemed okay too, in terms of cleanliness etc. Well worth the money.

We booked this hotel for day use, as we had to vacate our villa at 10.00am, but had a late flight. It was recommended by James Villas, but having passed it many times in the past, it didn’t look that impressive from the outside, but what a shock when we got inside, the one bed, ground floor apartment was lovely, scrupulously clean, every mod-con you could wish for, and with a smart touch lighting system, that was better than I’ve ever seen in a 5 star hotel. The owner was delightful, and so helpful. I would definitely book there again.

We stayed here on 11th March 2020.
I called the reception desk the morning after our arrival and spoke to the owner, Stavros about clearing the rubbish in our bins. I very politely offered to take the rubbish to reception myself. He replied that the cleaner would come in one hour but if I wanted to bring it to reception I could. It was a perfectly civil conversation.
However Stavros the owner, chose to tell a complete lie to the person who booked us in to the hotel. He said I was demanding and obnoxious and that I wanted my bins emptied immediately. Why I don’t know... this was totally untrue and he knows it!!! Later that evening there was an upsetting encounter with Stavros and my husband in the bar, when all my husband did was ask for a plunger to unblock the toilet, a little later on in the evening he came to our room in a very drunk state and asked us to leave. It was quite late and he was talking and arguing very loudly in the hallway of his premises. Unbelievable!!!
We did nothing to upset this man. It was a very traumatic experience to say the least!

Response from pastavro, Manager at Neptune Hotel Apartments
Responded 26 Mar 2020
The worst people I ever met in my life! 28 year in the hospitality industry, loved every minute till these people came across! The lady can not even see the difference between a person working 18 hours/tired and drunk!!! From the minute they arrived they never stopped abusing my employees about everything! One occasion the man was pulling the Batman from the shirt to take him to the room for something! We have cameras to prove that! The worst thing of all is that she called me at 07:00 to ask for her phone charger.....she knew I was working till 02:00, and she never showed up to pick it up! These are the people that give bad name to all English people!

We stayed at Neptune for two weeks in September and even though we weren’t there for a holiday we really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. Stavros, the owner, was so helpful when we turned up needing somewhere to stay urgently. The location was perfect for Coral Bay area, local shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend Neptune Hotel Apartments.
