Beautiful villa overlooking the sea, 3 big bedrooms with really comfy beds, the two first floor ones had their own terrace area overlooking the sea, The basement one had a walk in shower room and a separate lounge. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and plates etc and each bedroom had its own TV. We were able to get Netflix which was great, The outside area had a lovely pool and massive bbq area for outside dining and off road car parking for at least 2 cars, although parking on the road was plentiful. The two upstairs bathrooms were a little on the cosy side as was the ground floor toilet. But this is a wonderful villa and the owner was so efficient, we had a problem getting enough hot water, I had just put the phone down from mentioning it to him and he was literally on the doorstep. Really excellent service, lovely fresh towels and fantastic service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paphos, great location right on the beach, 5 min walk to shops and cafes etc. Highly recommended

We have spent an amazing week in Villa Indigo. We have enjoyed our
Stay so much we have already booked the same villa for next year. We chose Villa Indigo due to the large pool and stunning views from the upstairs bedroom. From the
moment we have arrived we have felt relaxed and have enjoyed the wonderful villa. It has everything you need and more and you can hear and see the sea from the villa. We have also looked after a local cat who appeared at the Villas as soon as we arrived, we named her Indigo but later found out she is called Jennie and has stayed at the complex around 6 years. She relies on food from people staying so we made sure she was well fed during our stay. She is very sweet and likes both Whiskas wet and dry food which is easily purchased at the supermarket, she also loves to be petted and really isn’t any bother, she also saw off any other cats that came into the Indigo complex. We also discovered the foody app which we used for a couple of supermarket shops and also there are so many restaurants that will delivery delicious food if you decide to stay at home for the night. We did walk into Paphos harbour and it took around 20 minutes on the coastal path and a taxi is around £10.00 euros. Paphos harbour is stunning and is well worth a visit or 2. Antonis and his father were helpful and they live in the complex and are on hand if needed.
They were amazing hosts and provided an extensive welcome pack which was very needed given we arrived late at night.

We stayed at Sky villa last week. It was bliss. Weather was fab. The house is very near to restaurants and not far from the King's Mall. However, it was really quiet, no street noise and very well equipped. There was a very good maid/cleaning service and nothing was too much effort for either the lovely cleaners or the manager. We had a late flight but we were offered the house next door for a late check out and that just made our day. The house itself was spacious and had fantastic fresh lime trees in the garden. The property was well maintained and the manager says it will be repainted etc during low season. Being a cat lover the local moggies provided some cat therapy for me. All in all, this property was one of the best I've stayed in within the paphos area. We can recommend Duomo, Muse and we ate at some of the smaller restaurants who had great menus and lovely staff. We'd have no hesitation about booking paradise cove again.

We stopped at Villa Indigo for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The villa was beautiful and the pool amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and was serviced at least twice a week. The villa is very spacious and well equipped and furnished and definitely felt like a home from home ( we both said we could quite happily live there!). There was even an outside kitchen and Weber barbecue, which we definitely put to good use! Antonis, the owner, was always available if needed and gave us some good suggestions on where to visit locally.
The beach bar run by the owners was lovely, serving cocktails and good quality local beers and wine. It is also the perfect place to watch the stunning sunsets!
James Villas recommended shopping at Sainsburys in Paphos however we found the Alphamega supermarket just past the Mall much cheaper and with a much better selection of everything we needed.
We will definitely be returning!!!

What an exceptional, relaxing stay at paradise cove, we can’t recommend it highly enough !
The location for walks into the harbour and sundowners at the beach bar run by Andreas (dad) were amazing. The beach bar which is a 2 mo d walk and has the most amazing views of the sunset and sea breeze !
We stayed in villa indigo, which is idyllic, very private, HUGE pool, barbecue facilities, and umbrellas for shade.
The terrace from the bedroom is also amazing, and you can hear the sea from the bed ! You can also get the last of the sun from here, whilst viewing and listening to the sea .
Antonis and family are incredible and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have averything you need. The books were a lovely touch, and I read two whilst there !
Antonis also recommended some fabulous restaurants to eat which were spot on every time.
We arrived as guests and left as friends, can’t wait to return !!!

Thoroughly enjoyed a week in Sky Villa. Our visit to Pathos was predominantly for rest & relaxation and the villa totally accommodated for this. There was good communication from owner, Antonis, prior to our arrival. As it’s self catering accommodation, we really appreciated the cupboard & fridge staples provided which meant we could have a snack and drink while unpacking and finding our feet.
We were impressed with the layout of the villa, inside & out. It was very spacious & had a lovely vibe.
The TV Chanels were very limited so being able to access Netflix was a huge bonus. The wifi signal was also very good.
Having a private pool and sun loungers was wonderful and we used them every day.
The villa was cleaned & towels changed twice during our week stay.
The villa is situated close to the sea front & only a six minute walk to the main bars & restaurants.
Thank you for a fabulous week & we are looking forward to returning in the future.

These villas are absolutely excellent. We never normally return to the same location as we like to try new places, however due to the covid situation we felt happier in a place we new. We were so impressed and delighted we did. We stayed again in the Indigo villa and 3 years after our last visit, I was so pleased to see further investment had taken place. New air conditioning in the villa, new smartTV in the lounge, new loungers and outdoor furniture. Really maintaining the luxury feel of these villas. I would highly recommend and will definately return. Keep up the good work, and thanks again for a wonderful 2 weeks!

Over the past three years my Wife, little boy (now 4 1/2 years old) and myself have stayed at Paradise Cove on our holidays in Paphos. We have been lucky enough to visit 4-5 times a year. We have stayed in all of the villas bar 3!
I think I posted a review after my first visit but since then have not ‘re-reviewed’ as pretty much every review I was reading on Trip Advisor was giving glowing reports on Paradise Cove.
I feel I should add this review following our most recent stay due to the fact there appears concern from some tour operators and clients about construction activities in the adjacent vicinity to Paradise Cove.
Indeed there is some construction in progress but it appears to be being carried out with as much consideration to existing properties as possible. I know for a fact that the lead engineers in charge of the construction are in regular contact with the management of Paradise Cove keeping them informed of progress and work schedules etc so as to minimise any possible impact on residents. This level of consideration between construction company and surrounding residents is probably not experienced in many other regions! In fact, the heavy construction stage is now complete anyway and there is even less potential impact from activity on surrounding residents.
We stayed in Villa Sapphire during this visit which is only one villa away from the building activity on the beach front. Quite honestly I can say that we experienced no intrusive noise or disruptive activities arising from the adjacent works that had any negative impact on our stay. In fact, my little boy and myself enjoyed watching the daily progress during our 10 day stay!
In my view, the beautiful vicinity of Paradise Cove is only going to be enhanced by these building works and is a natural and inevitable progression anyway. To any future visitors to Paradise Cove I would say that the high level of accommodation and facilities, coupled with the fantastic hospitality of the owners far out way any other factors in my mind.
Well done Antonis, and all the family, for continuing to offer such a high standard of service and hospitality to your guests.
Yiamas - until our next stay!

This is our first villa holiday (went through James Villas), so I don't have anything to compare it too. Therefore, please forgive my non villa etiquette.
We firstly stayed in Villa Cerulean, a 1 bedroomed, 2 bath roomed property with private pool. The living room and kitchen area are a good size with good air conditioning, modern, but the bathroom off the bedroom is tiny, but there is another bathroom with toilet only which is good.
When we first arrived we were unfortunately greeted by ants over the worktop in the kitchen, so we had to move everything. Reported it to Katie our JV rep the next day and we were given some spray to deal with them. We have been to Cyprus about 20 times and this is the only property we have had to deal with this issue in.
The bedroom is a fair size with twin beds but there is a severe lack of decent air conditioning. It has a split unit, but is just not man enough to cope with the size of the room and the heat of Cyprus. We reported this to the rep the following day and to cut a long story short, we had about 5 different engineers look at it. It developed an E3 fault which I had to take a photo of on my phone so I could show them the issue. It still didn't get fixed so I was given a fan.
The other issue with staying in these villas is you have to leave by 10.00am the day you leave, which if you are flying late that night, is not convenient..... Luckily there was another villa available for us to move to on the last day (Villa Turquoise), but we were charged 100 euros (for 8 extra hours).
After the third day of complaining about the lack of air con (was about to sleep in the kitchen/living area) the owner upgraded us into Villa Turquoise, with 2 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms on two storeys. As we were going to be moving here for the last day anyway he kindly said we could use it for 3 nights as there was no one staying in there.
Again upon entering this villa, as lovely and spacious as it was, there were ants all over the dining table, crawling up the wall and out of the ac unit, so again we sprayed (got through 2 cans).
We were told that the villa had been cleaned, but sorry, not to my standard. It didn't smell clean as the other one did, there were hairs on the bedding and there were areas that really didn't look like they had been touched in a while (cobwebs behind the doors, floors dirty in the corners and next to kitchen cabinets). Luckily I had brought cleaning wipes and domestos with me. I expect to clean up after myself but not other people.
The air con in the bedroom in this one was slightly better, but still not great and we still needed the fan.
Don't get me wrong, the villas are lovely, very modern and its lovely to have your own pool and own space, but it was just little things that let it down.
I thought I was just being fussy but after speaking to another lady who was staying in Villa Marine, she'd had exactly the same problem with the air con.
In theory I would return, but they would have to sort out the air con in the bedrooms, improve the cleaning and get rid of the ants. Its not cheap to stay here and because of that I do expect it to be perfect.
The good side is it's nice and quiet, a minute away from the beach, lovely pool area, lovely grounds and they are lovely properties........
Sorry for the mixed review....
