Exceptionally nice in all aspects.....A big thank you to all the staff I got to meet during my very short stay. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, has an extraordinary carpark. The staff is wonderful, helpful, fun and has lots of humour. The hotel is so pretty. The room I stayed in absolutely perfect, clean, had everything I needed. If in Gothenburg, stay there! You won't regret it!

Lovely hotel! Checking in went very fast. Staff was very kind. We stored our luggage in the designated room and went to explore the city centre. Breakfast is very good! A lot of options (even gluten-free) between bread, salads and hot dishes. They served the best pancakes we every had! Our room was at the top floor. It was very clean and quiet. We could watch tv from our bed, which was great! The hotel is also an Italian restaurant. We ate delicious pasta and pizza. I definitely recommend this place for both staying and eating!

We stayed at the hotel on 2nd of June and we had a problem with our room which is very loud at the weekend because of the restaurant and club dawn stair plus lots of people going up for the party in the roof. The front office manager respond to our complain to say that she dealt with it and there will be part of the room to be refunded but it never happen plus she ignored our emails. Wry disappointing experience as the dishonesty from the hotel make it bad experience.

Great hotel - we came to Gothenburg as a group of friends and this is the perfect location for the busy central nightlife. Very small but cosy rooms. Roof terrace and breakfast top class and service was always good. This is a great city break hotel for a party.

To start with the positives… location is good for all sights, and only 10minute walk to the train station. The on site resteraunt is lovely, and the food is amazing with free coffee all day for guest. Breakfast was also really nice with plenty if choice. The gym is really, really cool. A very classy hotel gym with a coffee machine for a cafeine fix. But the rooms are very (VERY) small, but are ok for a night or two if you travel light.

Genuine welcome from reception. Already in the small lobby you get a sense of a unique style among Swedish hotel chains.A bygone era filled with well-chosen interior details. Extremely calming and personal.A slightly hackneyed expression is lifestyle hotel, but fits perfectly here.My room on the sixth floor offered a view of Kungsportsavenyn, a comfortable bed, fine details. Potential for improvement is reading lighting and some maintenance painting on the desk and shelf in the bathroom.Delicious breakfast, here too a bit personal and with what is both expected and exceeded

We stayed for two nights at this hotel over the weekend and everything was great. The room was sparkling clean but quite small, which was fine for us. The breakfast for sure was a very good surprise for us, both the quality and the variety of the food was amazing! Staffs were all very nice and helpful! The location was perfect for us very centrally located and everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance. Tons of good restaurants, cafe and bars nearby.

Terrible customer service and overall experience. Unless you’re a young man or woman looking for parties and to hook up, I do not recommend you stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable but the hotel turns into a club after hours which is disturbing if you’re looking for a quiet night and you also have to subject yourself to harassment by drunk patrons just to get to your room. Further, the bar tenders are as bad as the patrons making it uncomfortable to have a drink at the bar. I often travel alone for work and always feel safe & comfortable in a quiet hotel bar for a glass of wine at the end of the night but not at Hotel Bellora. If it’s not a drunk guest pushing themselves on you it’s a bar tender. The remainder of my interactions with the staff and hotel were also sub-par: the front desk refused to help with transport to the airport, there is no air conditioning in the rooms as advertised, and the bathrooms were often left out of soap or uncleared. Beyond the hotel I had a wonderful time in Gothenburg, but will never stay with Hotel Bellora again.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the center. Cozy restaurant and bar, good breakfast, nice staff and nice room. On the negative side there was no available parking for us in the hotel garage. I sent a mail 2 days infront, trying to reserve s parking place. Had to park at «Heden» a few blocks away. Really expensive hour based parking, and I’m used to Oslo prices. The bar prices was on the steep side in this hotel. For example a glass of redwine on the roof bar was 135 kr. In my eyes, way too much. No Aircon in the room, it was hot. There was a small fan in the room, it was better then nothing. All in all the hotel is good. Had stayed again if the price was ok.
