Windows can't open, no air in room. Ventilation is insufficient. Worst room ever. Otherwise room was clean and functional. Would not recomend because poor ventilation, none of us were sleeping that night, we could barely breathe.
Good location in the center of NORRKÖPING with few minutes walk to a tram-station, bus station, and the central train station. Near the Hotell is street car parking for 80 SEK/ day and about 7-8 minutes from the Hotell there a long time car parking for 100 SEK per week. The hotel is nice and the room are clean and big. Nice and clean bathroom as well. The reception were open until 01:00 for in checking through a helpful smiling bartender. Because of precautions for Covid-19 there were no breakfast buffè but instead of this one would get a little breakfast bag with simple articles the one can eat in his room or in workplace.
Our room had no window, which was not written anywhere when we booked. I can't stay in a room with no window, I knew this much, but I had no idea how bad of an anxiety attack I would get at this hotel, because to top off the "no window experience" the room and hallway was also extremely dimly lit. Well, I thought I could help it by visiting the "rooftop relax" area, but that was a disaster too - only one small sauna, shared shower space (!) for men and women, a rather dirty mini jacuzzi, and all of this was already occupied by what seemed to be a sports team of some sort. My anxiety attack got worse, and I went to the hotel front desk, tears in my eyes, asking to be changed into a different room, because all of this was so different than what we ordered. I was shaking all over and just could not stand our windowless, dark cave of a room. I got little sympathy from the staff, they would have made us pay double the price to change the room. Any other hotel, in such a circumstance, would have upgraded the room, seeing my condition. But they did not. I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Somehow we managed to sleep and got on the first train in the morning.…
Stayed over night on a business trip and had a great sleep in the soft comfy bed. The hotel was very quiet even tho hotel was busy. The breakfast buffet was standard and coffee very good. What more can u ask for? A small minus was the morning sun shining through the curtains at 5 in morning. Get thicker curtains please.
This nice hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the central station. I had room 351 which was very nice. I was alone but it was big with 4 beds and a view to the church. The number of TV channels were very limited but the breakfast was excellent.
