The only good thing is the location... The rooms do not have a bathroom inside, it's shared. During the summer to much light comes in the room and rooms are not properly equipped with thick curtains, can't sleep properly. No breakfast, deficient Wi-Fi, I will never ever come back.
Beer selection is for the masses, but the atmosphere is great for a 40+ audience looking to have fun. No techno, but an opportunity to sing and dance to music you remember. "YMCA" filled the floor.... Friendly and charming door man, fun people having fun made our night
This hostel is located in the city center, but it's easy to find also by car. We had a big room with private bathroom; in any case there are many toilets and showers available for rooms with shared bathroom. It is a cheaper solution with respect to other hotels, and still a beautiful accommodation, near to a cinema and many restaurants. You can check-in and check-out at the pub, which is located next door at the corner between Hörngatan and Sankt Persgatan.
This hotel has a perfect location in the centre of Norrköping. The cost is rather low, so it is hard to give an objective review compared with many others I have made as most others are more expensive, however I compare it with other B&B:s at the same approx price! We stayed for two nights at this hotel in the beginning of January 2014. The first night we were given room nb 4, and all I can say is that try to stay clear of this room! It is tiny and very claustrophobic! After seeing our relatives room /more than twice as big for the same price/ we complained and were given a room with a much better size, room nb 10. Still without wardrobe and wash basin, but with two armchairs and a small table. The rooms we and our relatives had were without toilet and shower. No water facilities in the room, so if you wanted a glass of water you had to go to the toilet to get it. Cooking facilities limited and breakfast was an extra 75 SEK a person in the bar adjoining the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. The first night we were disturbed by some unknown noise. But the second night in the larger room was fine and we had a nice sleep. When you go here ask to see the room beforehand, we checked on the emergency scheme and there are some small rooms, of which nb 4 probably was the smallest, so why they gave the smallest room and a much larger on the same booking I cannot understand, especially as there weren't many guests. Unfortunately, this draws down the rating of the hotel quite a lot. The response when we asked to change room was however quite uncomplicated, but somehow it still lingers that we were given such a poor room when checking in. Breakfast was adequate with bacon/boiled egg/scrambled egg, muesli and fresh bread. To summarize, had we been given a decent room the first night it might have received another bullet.…
