#9 of 13 hotels in Linköping
Park Hotell Linköpings Fawlty Towers is a three-star hotel in central Linköping, we have a long history which stretches back to 1888. The hotel was built when the railroad came to Linköping and has been a hotel ever since. We have cosy enviroment with a lot of old fashioned furnishing, but we still have a modern comfort level. We put a lot of effort into our service and our mould of the hotel. We offer free parking, wifi and access to a fitness center for all our guests, we also have complimentary coffe and tea in our restaurant which is available 24/7.

This is our second stay here and just as good as last time a couple of years ago. The staff are very friendly and hard working. Rooms are clean and well equipped although a bit shabby chic. Breakfast is very adequate but the forks are tiny and the spoons huge! We had no trouble parking on the hotel site.

The name of the hotel lies. It’s nothing like its namesake. The staff is friendly, rooms are bright and clean, and your money is well spent here. Breakfast was the main downer, but ...it’s Sweden and you can’t expect a lot.

PROS The city-centre location opposite the railway station is excellent and the hotel itself is nice in a quirky way; after all it is called Fawlty Towers :-). The room was small but fresh and clean with a newly renovated bathroom and had everything required. Comfy bed and pillows. A nice touch was fans placed in the corridor that you could bring with you into the room as Sweden had a record breaking heat wave. CONS Booking.com and the hotel had widely diverging information on reception opening hours so I had to wait a while before being let into the hotel. The room I was first checked into had not been cleaned, but that was just an honest mistake. No elevator. The breakfast could have offered a bit more choice and it would have been good to be able to get some food and drinks upon arrival. The MyCloud WiFi service was very unreliable and kept switching on and off and was also blocked on some sites so ended up mostly using 4G.

My family and I had a comfortable stay at Linkoping's Fawlty towers! Location was perfect, as we were travelling to our other destinations by train, and the train station was literally across the road from Linkoping Fawlty towers. Quaint room with decoration, very clean. There was a small mishap with the rooms as we had ordered a family room but only 1 bed was made up. However a member of staff came round soon after and converted the couch into a bed!
