Breakfast is not bad but quite short menu
However, it is quite expensive for what it offers and there are things to be improved
Breakfast was very modest and orange juice was fermented, made my stomach cringe. First and last visit to this hotel for me.
Wi-fi connection poor and slow, no staff in reception. All and all, in regards to the price for a night, this hotel is far from getting your moneys worth.
Starting with me getting a room where the door can barely be closed (closest to the breakfast room on the right side) I have to SLAM the door for it to work.
The bedside lamp is not properly attached to the wall but wobbles around. The TV sits on the wall directly inside the door and cannot be angled towards the bed.
But the WORST thing is that they have made an ugly connection in the bathroom for the drain (see photo). Which causes the whole room to smell like molehills. So terribly disgusting!! Sure, you can have a fan running, but it sounds like a full jet plane.
And I paid around SEK 860 for this. Senseless!!
A few hours after we had checked out, I received a nasty text message where they claimed that the berries in the fridge were missing.
I called the person who turned out to be the woman's son and asked if he claims we have taken berries that were in the fridge and got a nasty answer back. I mentioned that we want compensation for a dirty room but he refused and then I mentioned that they have to count on a bad review..
We have slept in many different hotels in Sweden and abroad but have never been treated in this way.
It is also incredibly responsive on weekends as there is a bar under the hotel.
A smaller variant of the breakfast buffet but fulfilled its need. Paid SEK 800 for a large room with private bathroom and two breakfast buffets. Unbeatable price.
