Friendly staff, lovely accommodations. Our room and bathroom was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a good nights sleep and comfortable stay. The breakfast were superb. Hot, fresh and lots of selection. There was Fruit, cold cereal, hot cereal, eggs, various breakfast meats and their baked good were outstanding. The beverages were also spot on, nice selection of juices, teas and coffees. Great location, we walked everywhere. Orebro is a beautiful town and also took day trips from here.

Clarion is a cosy hotel with a lot of area to just chill and relax. The lounge, the spa and the outdoor areas are great to do that! The breakfast is great and offers a lot of veggies. The brunch (not included) is also really good.

The location is perfect for exploring Örebro. It is close to the castle, Vadköping, shopping and there is a lot of good restaurants nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful even though they were a bit stressed since the hotel was full.
The room was clean and big enough. The AC was ok even though we would have preferred a bit cooler (it was hot when we visited).
The relax area was a big plus. There is a hot bath (the sign says it is a hot spring) and "experience showers", One of the showers is a bucket with cold water in it and a rope to pull, you get the picture :) That was a favorite for our 7 year daughter. There is also a Sauna but the door didn't stay shut so it was difficult to get really hot (but then I'm part finish so my Sauna requirements are quite high :) ).
The gym was small but ok for a short training.
The breakfast was quite standard for Swedish hotels of average price class.
The parking was a bit difficult to get to. Not good if you have to use the car a lot during your stay.

It feels like you really enjoyed it and it makes us incredibly happy! It is lovely to hear that you appreciated our top location in the city centre of Örebro and also gives the staff the warmest of reviews even though they were busy. We had a really hot summer in Örebro with over 30 degrees outside and then our climate system does not really have the strength to cool the rooms down as much as we want to. Check-in at 15:00. Good hotel, we got a room facing the parking lot in the courtyard. The hotel's parking was full (SEK 185) so we had to park in the Victoria garage across the street (SEK 170), CCTV and locked between 22: 00-06: 00. Loud noise from the fan in the parking lot in the courtyard. Good sized room, well cleaned, refrigerator, good breakfast with a large selection (07: 30-10: 30). We highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing special with the Clarion chain. And Clarion Hotel Örebro is no exception. But it's good. Vast spaces, more than ok rooms. Everything working (even the AC in the room!). Comfy beds - although with "strange" pillows (of course a matter of opinion). Breakfast is just fine (with caretaking during Covid-pandemic). Kind and attentive staff. Very affordable bar prices if you want a drink. We especially appreciated the parking at the hotel inner yard - even if it's a tad too expensive... Going to Örebro? Well a good nights stay here is .... a good nights stay!

Today, it may seem environmentally smart not to renovate because the spirit of the times has caught up. The room was relatively well kept with good bed comfort and generous surfaces if you need to workBreakfast, well managed by the staff, as long as I find good bread and good toppings, which are available here.Like the educational work to reduce food waste.

Came in to the room and found a HUGE silverfish in the bed on the pillow. Went down to the reception with the information and got a new room on a different floor. Found two silverfish running around in the bathroom at the new room. When you see one, you can multiply it by a 100. Had to sleep with the lights on so they didn't come crawling on me and my children during the night. Checked the whole room, some hair and dust from other people. A lot in the cracks in the chair. But plus for vacuuming under the beds. The breakfast was amazing! Warm milk was nice. Really good bread, fruits and vegetables. Great for the kids too. Very good service and happy people working there. The training room is nice for the kids so they could use some energy. The pool was always occupied by people. So maybe put in another one or a time limit, since some was sitting in there for over 30 minutes. Even drinking by the pool, which is weird since people could spill beer and soda in the water. The location of the hotel was good and good parking option by the mall. The cleaning people did not clean the shower and it kind of looked like it was some kind of mold in the corner in the shower.
The most negative was the silverfish which really ruined our stay. Had to freeze all our luggage when getting home and throw away many of our belongings since this is something you REALLY DO NOT want to bring home with you! Almost cancelled the whole trip and change hotel when we found out. Sorry, not going to stay here again because of this.

Nice and clean rooms, lovely bed and bathroom. Minibar and good TV. Free WiFi. Nice reception and bar. They have live music every friday, popular to the locals too. Friendly employees. Would love to stay in this hotel again with my cat friends :D

The reception staff was friendly. Nice hotel. The room has air conditioning. There was no hand shower. The location of the hotel is very good. Parking in the courtyard, not expensive. The breakfast was really good, everything was available. Spa department on the top floor (steam sauna, various showers, warm water pool, two roof terraces). Very good bed and sleep.

The room is nice and clean. The beds comfortable. Personal is nice and breakfast was good. However you hear a lot what happens outside, in corridors and other rooms. Way more than 50 persons having breakfast in this corona time. Few extra measures taken.
