Just a standard hotel near the major road E18 in Örebro. Free parking. OK breakfast but not over the top. Service and staff professional and efficient. Rooms clean and in good shape

Ordinary hotel close to the highway outside the center (good windows shut the traffic noise out). Nice, wellcleaned room, good breakfast and free parking. We just needed a simple overnight stay with good parking possibilities and this hotel gave us that for a reasonable price.

It was my first stay here in 40years. And i am so pleased. The personal was very freindly, helpful and professionell. And my room was perfect, and so lot of space. Easy to park my car, and register the licenseplatenumber on the ipad at the desk.

An "accessible" room where you can squeeze 2 people, smallest room I've stayed in, had to move to be able to open the bathroom door (which couldn't be locked) 2 single beds are in the description but in reality it's a single bed and a BUNK BED, really cozy stay for 2 adults, note. Didn't change rooms because of the room type, so ignorant and nonchalant, solve it afterwards and give us an OK room.
Incredibly responsive towards the corridor and also to the room next to where there was a door (!) every word was heard.
The dinner was great with a retired waitress who worked sometimes, worth her weight in gold.
The breakfast is great.

Booked my stay at Scandic Örebro Väst online in the morning via Scandic's website, with advance payment and the amount was reserved immediately. At check-in and then also at check-out, I told them that the room was "prepaid" (which they couldn't see, but they wanted and were allowed to swipe my card). I saw directly in the mobile bank that the amount had been reserved twice. Showed the staff this in my mobile bank on the phone. I was promised that they would quickly rectify this and was promised feedback from the three employees of the reception who were there, but now more than 24 hours later I have not received any response from Scandic, however, the amount has now been deducted twice. What was supposed to be a simple and quick booking was - and is - the absolute opposite.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Use the fan in the room when it is hot, AC is not available. Possibility to borrow bikes for free, It otherwise takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center.

Rooms lack Air conditioning and it’s quite close to the highway so sleeping with the window open is like sleeping in the ditch by the highway. This equals a rom that gets to hot to sleep in from May to September. That’s my only reason for the low rate. Location is great if you travel by car. It’s a 15 minute walk to the cit center. Breakfast buffet is ok, very friendly staff.

Reception at check-in was great, super nice staff! The room was clean and complete. In addition to that, the room was quite noisy when young people were playing loud music outside in a parking lot half the night. Not the hotel's fault but annoying. In addition, we tried to enjoy a quiet breakfast, but then it started to be vacuumed and cleaned in the middle of everything. Felt like that.

Stay away from this hotel. High price and super poor service, have high membership of Scandic hotels and just surprised how customer poor customer focus is. Just incredibly low level Anne red stuff. There are way better hotels for more affordable price and better service in all meanings. So STAY AWAY
