Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for one night on a train trip from Stockholm to Gothenburg. Our train arrived about 1pm and it was easy to find the hotel (which is very near the station), but we were unaware that reception did not open until check in time at 3pm. The locker space at the train station was full and our suitcases were too big for the lockers in any event so we walked a couple of blocks into town (not far) with our luggage and had lunch. Örebro is a lovely town and it was easy to spend an afternoon here walking around the castle and down to Wadkoeping where they have preserved some of the town’s historic houses and which is in effect an open air museum of traditional Swedish life in the past.
We returned to the hotel and checked in at 3pm which all went smoothly. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy and tastefully decorated. We did not hear any train noise. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious with many choices and seemingly fresh ingredients.
I would recommend this hotel on the proviso that you either arrive during check in hours or have a plan for your luggage whilst waiting for check in to open.

Always very pleasant and caring staff who do their utmost to make you feel comfortable as a guest. Fresh and newly renovated rooms. Cozy breakfast room. You might think that the proximity to the trains should disturb one's night's sleep, but I didn't notice the trains at all.

A wonderful little cozy hotel a stone's throw from the station. Fresh, nice, rather small room with fantastically comfortable beds. Here there was a fine feeling for interior design.
Good breakfast buffet where I didn't miss anything. Helpful and super nice staff. Calm and quiet.

Crowded in the dining room. Small breakfast buffet and not always well stocked. Sad staff (maybe a little tired this morning). Drugs are "dealt" behind the hotel at night, and the occasional vagrant can be found there.
Better lighting from the outside and a nicer approach from the owner who is perceived as arrogant.

The service absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room. Good breakfast included in the price. Small hotel right by the train station. Very clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was thoughtful. Nothing missing. Had to even check in earlier than intended. Great place!

Stayed here for just one night on the way up north for a skiing holiday. The hotel is very new (opened Sept 2016) and has just 15 or 16 bedrooms but everything was great. Spacious family room, excellent breakfast and a very good night's sleep. Very central location, right next to the train station but we were not disturbed at all by the trains thanks to the excellent sound insulation. Highly recommended.

Hi, Sorry to hear that you and your children were disturbed by the trains, preventing you from a good night's sleep! The windows of our rooms are sound isolated, but during this heat wave, perhaps you had to have them open. Again, apologies that you were disappointed with your stay. If you choose to stay with us again, please let us know, and we'll do our absolute best to make sure you get a sound isolated room and have a better experience! Kind regards, Ylva, Front Desk Livin Station

This is a wonderful boutique hotel and this place has it all. The location is brilliant, right by central station, the staff couldn't do enough for me, even helping with understanding the offsite parking until one of the hotel spaces became available. The food was wonderfuland the rooms were so quirky in line with the stain theme (key holders were old tickets). The bed were super comfortable with a great rain shower. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

After my third stay at the hotel i still like it a lot. Very familiarly and cosy. The room are not very big but serves its purpose. The breakfast is OK. It's situated just near the city station so you are close to communication. Inspite the hotel is close tho the railroad - it's quiet.
