Teater hotellet looks very much like a hotel from 1960's. It is clean and spacious but a little bit old fashion. It is very nice if you do not need a luxurious hotel. Breakfast is very nice and prices are very reasonable with a good location in central Malmö

For USD 200 a night I would expect a room that does not smell like canalisation. Parking cost additional 20 USD per night for a parking that really, really small. Better invest a little more money and go to a real hotel.
