I saw that you have bus transportation from your hotel to the cruise terminal, do you also have transportation from the cruise terminal to your hotel? If not , what would you suggest and approximate cost. thank you. Ron

Ernierad, thank you for your reply, but, I am sure I understand it correctly. Are you saying the the Hotel will provide transfer from your ship at the Cruise Terminal to the hotel if you make arrangements with them in advance? If this is correct, do you know approximate cost. Probably, I should contact the hotel for full information. Thank you.

Do Crown Plaza Copenhagen Towers have swimming pool inside the hotel?

No there is not a swimming pool

We are flying into Copenhagen mid Oct 2019 and will leave on a repositioning cruise on the 20th of Oct. Is the hotel located within easy distance to the port. We expect to do a local area tour(castles and Viking museum) prior days?

The hotel is located near the airport. The metro station is 5mn walk from the hotel and there, you can reach the city center in 15mn. I didn't go to the port but once in the city center you will have to switch to another metro line for 2 or 3 stations. Copenhagen is a real small city and nothing is too far. There are 2 castles to visit in Copenhagen center. Kronborg castle and Viking museum are outside Copenhagen. You will need to take à train (1h - 1h30) to go there. Kronborg is north of CPH and Viking museum in Roskilde west of CPH.

We are taking an NCL cruise and will be traveling as a large group. We are staying in Copenhagen for two nights prior to embarking on our Baltic cruise. What kind of transportation would be most convenient from the airport to the hotel and then from hotel to the cruise port?

Although we did not use transport provided by hotel. They did have airport shuttle to hotel only about 15 minutes. We also saw hotel shuttle to port for cruises about 39 mins. This hotel were also very prompt at answers any question by email.
