3 night stay for business. The location is perfect if you want to visit the touristic places after work because you are right there. The room wasn’t big, and it had views to a dark inner courtyard, but it was quiet, clean, with an ample bathroom and included free bottled water, tea and coffee. I got a complimentary glass of porto wine when I arrived, and two cookies and a small bottle of wine when I left. Breakfast schedule is wide (7:30 to 12h) and the food offered varied and tasty. Perfect location, enjoyed using property owned smartphones to get around. Helena at front desk was very helpful. Room and bathroom was too small. for about 10 mins during last night there was a plumbing issue which created a rancid smell.
We spent two nights at the hotel and came away feeling we had a great experience. The room was nice and spacious, the staff were super friendly and the breakfasts were wonderful. The location is fantastic.
Wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was large for European hotels. Staff was great. Ended up leaving our passport in the room safe upon leaving. Staff helped facilitate their return to us at another hotel hours away. Would highly recommend this hotel
I've been to scores of hotels throughout Europe and this is my favorite! I felt so welcomed by the staff. The vibe is warm and genuine. Jorge was very accommodating and fun to talk to.
