Needed an overnight stay in Lisbon for an morning flight so we picked the Myriad. Upon arrival we were greeted by a Jazz band and a delicious dessert and cold water. After checking in to our room we had a bottle of Champaign to celebrate our anniversary. The view from the room is breathtaking. The room had a chair hanging from the ceiling that was comfortable and fun. The breakfast buffet was over the top delicious. Service was excellent. Overall had an amazing stay and will definitely go back!!
During a business trip, I stayed in this hotel 3 years in a row, each time 4 nights. As soon as you enter the hotel, the staff welcomes you with a smile and makes sure that you feel at home. And during the whole stay, they take care of you and make sure that all is done to respect your privacy, and to help you with your wishes. Your room certainly has a view to remember and is very cosy and comfortable. Making sure that you can relax and will have a perfect night. The breakfast, lunch, dinner and the bar are of high quality and the staff is super friendly. In one word, when going to Lisbon, this is where I feel at home…
I stayed here for four nights while attending the Web Summit. The rooms are really beautiful and comfortable with beautiful sea views (all rooms have sea view). The room service is quick and efficient, the staff are very nice. I had an issue in that I only had one room key, which meant power was off during the day and I could not charge my devices, I asked reception for a second key which they gladly organised. I left the keycard in for power the following day and left, however housekeeping pulled it out during the day and my devices did not charge. The following day I left a note on the card in both English and Portuguese to ask them to leave it in place, which they did, but they plugged out my charging devices!! I was very annoyed about this. I found it impossible to charge my devices during my stay due to this. I also could have done without the vigorous knocking around 7pm / 8pm each evening asking if I needed towels, I felt housekeeping could have done this during the day while turning the room over. The food was lovely, breakfast was very nice, dinner was also very nice. It's only a 10 min taxi ride to the airport and it's about a 15 minute walk to Oriente to get the Metro. It's also right next to the Cable Car terminal.…
Good hotel. Not central location but still good - right on the seaside. Beautiful water and city views, nice terrace. Rooms are good enough. No balcony and the windows don’t open. Prices are fair enough.
Kids not allowed to use pool after 2PM while check-in is at 3PM! Hotel is not adult only so don't understand why pool area use is so restricted. Great location on promenade but strange and outdated design.
