I spent eight spectacular days in Lisbon, the hotel where we were staying very good was recommended by some friends, nice and quiet room, wonderful breakfast. It was all wonderful except for the part of the checkout that a gentleman I think is the head of reception because he was the only one who had the uniform different from everyone else, does not give a good day to the people passing by, does not give a smile and is always Head down, you don't seem to like looking at customers. I asked to leave around 13h said yes but at 12h30 was already calling the room, with a boss like this oh my god ... But for the rest it was all very good and I think I will go back.
Hotel is old. Our room was located in the basement floor and dark. Breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice place but a bit of walk to Lisbon center. Near this hotel there are hotels much better for this price.
We planned to stay 3 nights in Lisbon before heading to Madrid, and needed a hotel with a staffed reception offering accommodations for 3 adults. This one was perfect, just a few steps from the Anjos metro stations, which allowed us to movie around Lisbon, visiting the neighborhoods we were interested in exploring while avoiding the crowds and loud noises at night. The room was clean and well- furnished, the included breakfast had Light fare like fresh fruits and cereal, as well as heavier options like eggs, sausages, breads, espresso, and juice selections. This allowed us to avoid an extra stop on the way to exploring museums, churches, and other adventures in the city. There were many neighborhood eateries catering to locals, which is the kind of places we like to sponsor. It was also easy to hail taxis from the hotel. If we return to Lisbon, we will stay there again!…
We stayed at this hotel only one night before a cruise. Friendly stuff. Located near restaurants and shops. Not so far from airport and cruise port. The breakfast was very, very good with lots of jummy fruits.
Rooms okay, if you’re sensitive to noise... avoid. Don’t count on their wifi. Breakfast: avoid if you can (not fresh on all days of stay): staff at breakfast were smiling and very helpful. Reception staff, depends their mood... Location good, 3 minutes from Anjos Metro. Parking: great asset; they have a contract with an underground parking nearby. We will not return.
