Had a wonderful lengthy stay in one of the suites at Altis Prime. The room was very clean, spacious and bright with windows that could be opened, a big bonus as no aircon is needed, better for the environment. A good kitchenette which I could make simple meals when feeling too lazy to go out. Very convenient location as well. Will stay again for my next return. Thank you Julia and the wonderful team at Altis Prime for your great service and help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because you made me feel so welcome!

We have just returned from a trip to Lisbon and felt this team needs a great review! Amazing hotel, very clean and within walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes. Met by a lovely Male staff member at the front desk who upgraded us and offered complimentary breakfast as it was my birthday! We also used swimming pool and got a couples massage from the lovely ladies at the spa around the corner...again..very clean and very professional! Would highly recommend staying here and making use of all the amenities supplied...Also would like to add the staff who clean the rooms are so polite and are a credit to the company❤

We booked direct on the hotel website for the Altis Suites and got upgraded to the Altis Prime Hotel. Lovely appointed rooms with loads of space. All staff encountered were lovley. Very centrally located. We had access to the 5 star Altis Grand Hotels G Spa facilities which included a lovely pool and hot tub. The steam room and sauna room was very relaxing. Highly recommend this place. Many thanks.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a package deal. The hotel was nice and I would stay here again. There were a lot of positive things and few "misses". Rooms: The rooms are very very large! Lots of space and storage (not needed on a 2 night stay), with a nice kitchenette with 2 burners, sink, mini fridge and they included dish soap to wash the dishes. Glass ware, dishes, plates, silverware all provided. Small kitchen table with 2 chairs was very useful. Desk by the entry door. Safe in room. 2 large flat screen TVs (one in bedroom and one in living area). The bathroom was very large and had a nice walk in shower (yeah!!) with rain shower head. We were in Room 110 which was on the ground floor off the lobby - actually did not hear any noise, it looked out into a courtyard. I probably would request a room on a higher floor as I felt like anyone could just walk into that room area without much security. It was close to the lounge/bar where breakfast was served. Bed was large and comfortable. The room is modern/minimalist, which I like. The misses on the room - the furniture in the living area was showing lots of signs of wear and tear and probably needed replacing, carpets had some stains. The room was very clean overall. Also no conditioner was provided for the shower. Parking - is available for an extra charge - the garage is VERY VERY narrow and getting in out of is a task. Actually a car is not needed as everything was either walking distance (we walked to the Rossi train station to go to Sintra one day), quick Uber etc. Breakfast - was about 10 Euro I believe - it was convenient, smallish dining area. Coffee and Tea made to order and they had an egg menu to order off of. Everything was good. Location: Pretty good - we enjoyed it. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and grocery store nearby. Easy walk to train station or a quick Uber ride. We did use Uber to get to some of the tourist sights. There are a lot of upscale hotels in the area - maybe some business district more?? But fine for us. We heard from other people who had a similar package deal with the same agency that they had another hotel in Lisbon and were not happy with it at all. So we felt grateful for the Altis Prime. Reception/staff - were pleasant and helpful.
