Just perfect!

Stayed a week in this house. Great and super friendly hosts and excellent location (quiet neighbourhood close to both city center and airport). House offers all the facilities you need to feel at home. We appreciated the personal touch and facilities the owner/host had added to the accommodation including a dish washer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (tho it might come handy to have a whisk or milk frother around). Really feels like being at home. Especially recommended for longer stays and families. Close to bus station (busses to the city and airport), train station (Sintra) and the green metro line. House was really clean. We will come back to The Olive Tree House/Lisbon for sure! There also is a studio downstairs that can be booked separately, has it's own entrance and access to the garden. House itself doesn't have an outdoor space except the stairs in the front garden to the entrance outside. We've booked the house via Booking.com for €183 for 4 nights.
