This is a nice little hotel, stayed here for two nights, the room, bed and bathroom were all clean, but are very small, not much room for two people in a double room, having said that, the price was really good, its in a great location close to beach and town, breakfast was basic but really nice.
For us, whether a place is willing or not to secure our bicycles makes a big difference. As a cycle tourist, I depend on my bike for transportaton. At CL not only wers the staff willing to store the bikes, but were eager and happy to do so. The desk clerk brought us up to the old style (which I loved - it was 1930 era) room with a cozy balcony with a glimpse of the sea. The beds were comfy, the bathroom, though smallish, was quite clean and fine. We asked the clerk for dinner suggestions and suggested a charrcusteria up the street. We decided to go, and it was amazing. Shortly thereafter, the now off-duty desk clerk showed up with his friends for their dinner at the same place. Can't beat that. Breakfast inc, uded nicely warmed breads,, delicious yogurt, nice fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and an assortment of cereals. All told, it was plentiful and tasty, and served by the pleasant desk staff. If you want a reasonably priced casa, with a small and homey atmosphere, then Casa Londres is the place for you.…
I stayed at Casa Londres for 5 nights whilst visiting to watch my grandson play in a youth football tournament in and around the area. Firstly it was great to find accommodation for a solo traveller. I paid £21 per night - cheapest in the area. This included a lovely continental breakfast in an immaculately clean and neat breakfast room. All linen, bedding and towels were spotlessly clean and changed daily. Room and common areas were all very clean. Toiletries and tissues were also provided im the room. My single room shared a shower and toilet with one other. Again there was hair and body wash provided. My room had a large sink and bidet so not too much of a problem. There was a clothes rail, desk chair and suitcase stand and a drinking water dispenser with cups in the corridor outside my room. Nice little courtyard outside the attractive house. Owner and staff very hospitable and helpful. Casa Londres is situated 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and the traim station at Estoril which in two short stops takes you to the marina and shopping in pretty Cascais. Would use again if I visit the area. Value 5/5. Cleanliness 5/5 Location 5/5 …
It was a pleasant overnight stay at this place. Room was clean and tidy. Lots of towels, blankets and even an extra pillow. Very traditional. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The place was very well located.
Stayed four nights in Casa Londres. A very large room for single occupancy. Breakfast was very good, with extra touches such as freshly squeeze orange juice and heated breads/pastry. Felt very safe there. Very fast internet.
