    How far away from the beach is this hotel and how do we get from the airport to the hotel?
    The hotel is 5min walk from the marina just keep going downhill you can't miss it. In the marina is a place you can swim, easy access and no boats. It has some stuff for kids some pools and water slide. The beaches are wonderful but mostly east of Ponta Delgada you can rent a car / bicycle by the marina or ask for Denis Correia (tour guide) at the hotel he knows all the good spots
