We stayed here for two weeks beginning of September. We found the hotel very clean and all the staff pleasant and very helpful. Our sea view room was excellent and cleaned every day. It is however certainly not a four star establishment. Luckily we were only on a b and b basis as the breakfasts were monotonous and mediocre although there was a wide choice. We did stay in for dinner one night which was just under 20 eu a head. Again not top quality. The poolside beds were old, warped and uncomfortable. As far as the bathroom was concerned the shower had two temperatures, Scalding hot and cold. Once set it pleased itself so swift movement was essential.

We stayed here for 2 nights on day 1 the toilet would not stop running with water I informed reception and they sent someone to fix the problem, however after the maintenance man left loud banging from the pipes continued throughout the night I informed reception in the morning and nothing was done. This continued to happen throughout our stay. I reported this again and explained no one had arrived. The receptionist radio through to engineer. No apology was offered at all. Considering how much we paid to stay here for 2 nights I found this very poor.

Food is very good as are the indoor and outdoor pools and games room. Rooms are really nice. Only downside is rude reception staff which really ruined the holiday. Other staff such as waiters and cleaners are lovely.

The hotel is really dated, our balcony was extremely small, less than 2 square metres, and the sunbeds by the pool were very uncomfortable. My partner has an itchy back from laying on one without a towel, you would expect them to be clean especially during the pandemic. The bed was good, we slept well so I have to give that to them, but we stayed in much better 3 stars hotels to be honest.
