    Hi, i read somewhere that this hotel does a wine tasting. Does this have to be booked in advance and is there a cost associated?
    They do wine tasting every afternoon at 5pm. Just turn up or tell reception your interested in attending when checking in.

    Hi I have booked for 3 nights in December but cannot find any information regarding check in time. What time is check in and can we drop our bags off early if we arrive beforehand?
    We arrived very early from an overnight flight. Our room wasn’t ready but they took our luggage and we went off to lunch. We checked in on a Saturday and the hotel was very busy. We were in our room just before 3.

    Why did this hotel Leave Starwood on Feb 15th?
    Title to this property is still held by a rather small group of monks, who live in the other monastery in Evora. When they found out that Starwood was merging with Marriott, they decided to leave rather than be managed by Mormons.

    Can the hotel cater for a coeliac guest?
    Hi - are there cabs easily available to get from the hotel into town? Or to vineyards outside of town? We want to stay here but are worried convenience will be an issue. We have a rental car and will drive from Lisbon to the hotel, but after we get to Evora would prefer not to have to drive the rental car around town and worry about parking.
    sorry for the late reply! driving around is really easy there amd parking overall is easy besides center of evora! i would recomend that! taxis in evora are easy take or if you wish you can ask the hotel for one!
