Everything was great, except that there is no noise @night. We had no radio bt we were talking. There talking that we were doing was catching up lady talk bt it seems like we were too loud as were warned more tham twice bt it part of your policy. The whole point for our weekend outing was to relax n catch up as we stay in different places. Besides that we were well treated wth courtesy nan thanks a lot

With a an Average Rating, I believe there could be two contributing factors that can be looked at. 1) Maybe our expectations(4/5) were too high, maybe that of a 5-star. 2) The overall impression of what was offered(4/5). Positives: a) Our bed and bath rooms were Super spacious(5/5). I liked having my way around them, b) Khayamanzi is very well #Located(5/5), not on a too busy street. Easy access to almost all #Activities and shopping centres around the area. The breakfast 4/5. Negatives: a) Cleanlyness(3/5), 26th Jan, room was made but floor not cleaned, I nearly borrowed a broom cos it rained the previous night. Parking space is provided BUT, sufficient for small cars. My car was blocking access to other parking bays, b) The noise of the Extrator fan(3/5) in the bathroom ? A total #HealthHazard, it can cause NIHL. b) The #Staff are the face of any business, what happened to their #SMILES(2/5) ? A #smileless face is depressing. You're not easily approached. The lack of smile ruined the great breakfast that was offered hence we rated it (4/5).

Consider changing tv screens, they're too small for people with fair vision, can't read subtitles easily. We understand that airconditioners are quite expensive but Fans aren't helping the room on the side of Marais Street.

So we believe Khayamanzi deserves a little above average, # Good_Rating. The little shortfalls can be looked at and be rectified. We will recomend Khayamanzi to friends and family and maybe revisit again. Hope you grow Bigger and Bigger.

1.Keep your pool clean, it was just pain dirty
2.Possibility of warming your pool, we couldn't swim cos it was a cold day
3.Night staff is necessary, for emergecies, and visitors assistance
4.Train your staff about surroundings, they are so blank.

Lovely setting, well kept establishment and friendly staff. We attended a wedding at Green Leaves and the time it takes to get to the venue from Khayamanzi was inaccurate as it took us at least 45 minutes to get through the tunnel. At the time of booking, we were told that it would take us 10-15 minutes! Perhaps warn guests when they book?

It was a lovely weekend away, the breakfast we received was delicious and there were so many choices. We took advantage of the spa treatments and it was done in the privacy of our own room :) Highly recommended Venue
