The service was lovely and so were the rooms. We got the room by the balcony, so it was lovely to sit and relax right outside our room. Chris was very helpful and friendly and so were the other staff, I didn't catch everyone's name. The location is central, so it's easy access to all the attractions. We got the romantic package, getting massages in your room is also lovely treat. The only downside was that the Jacuzzi, no warm water. All in all it was a great stay at a great price. Will definitely suggest Pumleni to family and friends.

We only stayed for one night during the week but it was a good stay. The room was modern, tastefully revamped and very clean. Only 2 of the rooms have a view but since we only passed through this did not bother us.
Garden is very pretty!
We left too early to have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
Chris was very helpful on arrival.
All in all a good experience.

The staff on duty were very friendly and efficient and always available for any assistance I needed. The room was very comfortable and always nice and clean and fresh when i got home after my day out. The access to the room for my mom who is wheelchair bound was fine and she was very comfortable. I thank you for my lovely stay and if in the area again i will be booking a room at Pumleni.

I didn't give 5 out of 5 purely because my neighbours were very noisy for one of the nights and I found it hard to sleep. The good thing though is that the guests will not always be there! Other than that was a great stay!

Weekend stay was lovely, very clean and comfortable.
Lovely breakfast, secure parking and the staff are all friendly

Rooms are cosy with clean linen and warm beds, DSTV and your own little private kitchenette, Definitely recommendable and I will without a doubt go back.

I visit Hartebeespoort often being a convenient location to commute to the Cradle of Mankind where I cycle most weekends. I have seen significant changes during my last visit, specifically in the breakfast room and improved standards in the guest bedrooms. They present a good continental breakfast and probably the best omelet in town. The management and staff are very friendly, there is a very positive atmosphere all round.

2, the room is small and no view ,no sunshine, my wife even got a cold there,
face to the gate and road ,noisy in the night
3, the waiters like to say "you have to", i can't feel I'm customer in the guesthouse
4, all the review are based on the price R1050, if it's R500, it's acceptable

It was beautiful , my husband loved it and everything was done as planned. Breakfast was good but an omelet could be on the menu. the spa was as perfect as I imagined, and the room with roses and champagne was perfect too.

What a great experience. As I work in the travel and tourism industry I often am very critical of places I visit. Pumleni ticked all the boxes. Friendly and competent staff, lovely setting! Great value for money.

The stay was great and the fact that you accommodate small kids that makes it absolute great. will consider it next time and even to friends.one this though you might need to get a gate that will close itself after 2minutes of open, I tend to forget it all the time
