The place is strategically located. The staff was quick to answer and reply to me via WhatsApp. Room was big enough and cozy. All my expectations were met. Security was tight and i did not have to worry about my car. overall best service

I'm definitely going back there soon! This was probably the best stay I have experienced in SA. The convenience is just out of this world! Everything we wanted to see was on the same road! Discovered new attractions in the North West. The kids had the time of their lives.

The quest house is good value for money! The food was yummy and there was a wonderful variety to choose from! Comfortable bed and a good nights sleep! Located in town, all places are easily accessed.

Would use and recommend Pumleni again in the future!

I was actually going to give this place a 5 out of 5 because the place was great. But this morning at breakfast the manager Godfrey caused a huge scene because we ordered breakfast a little late. He had agreed that we can order and then when he brought the food he shouted about how we can't order breakfast that late and how it must never happen again. I was really disappointed in the way he chose to deal with that situation. It ruined the entire stay for me. When we were checking out we made him aware that we didn't appreciate the way he dealt with things and instead of apologising he continued to tell us how how wrong we were..

We have mixed feelings about this B&B.

The manager was really helpful, finding a room with air con rather than just a fan, and offering to clean our car. His whole attitude was one of being thoughtful and helpful.

Breakfast was adequate, the bed was comfy and its linen wonderfully clean.

But the room itself was so poor. The bathroom door didn't like moving and certainly didn't close. There were three cockroaches which we were able to despatch to their next resting place. The floor was dirty (don't walk barefoot) and the electricity kept tripping. Apparently too many air con units were all routed through the one circuit breaker.

We can't comment on the wi-fi since we used our wi-fi dongles.

Again, the manager was excellent. It was the premises that let itself down.
