I visited dam view this weekend. The stay was spectacular! It was a great weekend away. The lady who checked us in was very kind and helped us find the place. We got upgraded, the room was spectacular, we had a great view and rooms were very neat & clean ! We were very comfortable at dam view accommodation and will definitely be back! It was great! Thank you so much dam view for making this a memorable experience! I recommend you to visit dam view! 😍 we really enjoyed our selves. It was for sure home away from home!

Booked with daddy’s for two nights weekend stay And my stay was great ! Got upgraded for basically half the price and was totally worth it ! Every morning waking up to that view was great It’s a safe environment definitely worth the price Clean and tidy Had an great host she treated us like family Definitely a hidden gem in harties

Other than the view, it looked nothing like the photos. The room is advertised as an apartment, but it's a little room with two awful old beds with a giant hole in one), old bedding and clumpy pillows. The room smelt musty and the shower was awful with extreme water pressure, but not enough holes in the shower head to have a decent shower, basically the shower literally hurt us. There is no window in the bathroom to air out the steam leaving the room smelling damp. I booked for a room with a family view and everything was approved via email, however when we arrived they took us to a room with no view and said they'd give us a room with a dam view if we paid an extra R300 - very unprofessional!! The balcony was tiny and unsecure. The TV was tiny and the DSTV package was limited (not mentioned in the booking info). The electrics were badly set up with holes in the wall and precarious wires easily available to young children. The host was not the friendliest over the phone or email and sent her daughter to let the guests in. We were short towels and cutlery as well. No complimentary toiletries were left and no follow up was sent to see how our stay had been.…

The beds had no sheets, only a dirty matters protector. The pillows and the duvet were dirty. On the second morning the place has no water, we called the owner and didn't bother to take our calls nor did they return our calls. No screening for COVID-19 was done at check-in even though when we were told that their take all precautions for COVID-19.

No Words to describe how amazing our stay once We came twice to this place and everytime we visited we got such an amazing service Their service is great Everything is spotless ! Break taking view ! Amazing hospitality ! Fridge and microwave is the room how convenient! Will definitely recommend this place
