I like the position, the metro is 50m far away and in 5 minutes you are in the center.
The hotel is clean, breakfast is complete and with a lot of food and I like the room too with a beautiful view in the port.
There also a pool, a gym and a spa.
The staff is gentle.

Checked into this hotel which is steps away from Leuvehaven metro stop, really useful for getting about. Really short walk to many good restaurants and also to the maritime museum and water taxi. It took about 15 mins slow walking to get to the market hall. On arrival we were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff and shown our room on the 3rd floor, we had a great view over the harbour. Room was small, but clean and had everything you needed. Tea and coffee facilities are available, but no milk! The spa on the 8th floor is great for relaxing, the pool is small but fine for a quick dip, the sauna and steam room are great bonus too. The sunbeams are placed so that you can enjoy the view outside. There is an option to visit a nude spa - where swimwear is forbidden -we didn't visit that bit. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, the usual buffett but also a nice range of pastries and breads and dried fruits. Staff are friendly and efficient and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. No issue in recommending this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Rotterdam. It would have gotten 5 stars but the room needed updating and brightening up, 2 black walls and dark purple voile are not really very 'fresh' feeling. I think refurb has started but we were maybe in an older part of the hotel.

I had the pleasure to stay at the rooms with the "Erasmusbrug view". The rooms where clean and comfortable. I am writing about rooms, because i first got a Kamer, where the window did not close completly and wind noise was a problem. After explaining my situation to the friendly front desk staff i got a new suite.
The Hotel is in walking distance to the city center and there is a huge car parking space on the other side of the street. I recommend staying there and are looking forward for a second stay myself!

Yesterday I stayed to this hotel.
I made reservation at design panorama top, they gave me a small room in the top with one small window,I asked receptionist girl to change my room and she told me that with both side views she has only at 7th floor, and I accepted,And after they give me that room they asked me to pay 45 euro more 🤷‍♀️Ridiculous!!!
I have pay 145 euro for room and they asked me to pay 45 more because they gave me room with both side view and it was not in the Top,That means that they had to give me back money ,Not Me!Because if you check on internet you see rooms at to top with both side view for 145 euro.
Receptionist are not Kind at all.
The hotel is Old,the bed is not comfortable.
And definitely it doesn’t deserve 4star.
The only thing that I liked is that it was clean hotel and good location and good view from the last room that I had.
I will not go back again.

Turns out there are two hotels beside each other and bother Inntel Hotels, but we were quickly pointed towards the entrance to our hotel having entered the other, better looking hotel. Ours looked cramped in the foyer, had some reception staff that were seemingly wishing they were somewhere else and the ground floor looked very much like a hostel. Our room was on the 8th floor and had great views over Rotterdam harbour. The room was quite spacious and rudimentarily appointed, while the bathroom strangely had a stand up tanning device, a shower and a spa bath. The elevators were slow and we had breakfast in the ground floor eating area near the elevators - seated at the window overlooking the harbour wharf we had a basic buffet breakfast which was okay without being special.

We booked a junior suite with a nice view to the Erasmus Bridge. But basically this was the only possitive thing I could say about this hotel. They charge you a lot for terrible rooms and facilities. The interior is old and very outdated. The refrigrator in room is empty, no parking place (you park outside in public parking area). food is not that good and drinks ordering takes long time before you receive it in your rooms. I would never go back and especially since they are asking such high prices for a terrible hotel (they think that with the nice view they dont have to spend time on other facilities in the hotel.

I was staying in the design panorama room. The room was very small and there ware no bathrobe nor slippers.
The pillows were too thick and hard (all 4) so i couldn't sleep well.
The receptionist of the night shift told me that all the pillows in the hotel are the same and there is nothing he can do so 8 hours sleeping turned to be 3 hours. i had to use my cloths as as a pillow.
I was expecting much more from a 4 stars hotel and for the value I paid.
basically, the experience was like staying in a holiday inn express for a tripled price.

The receptionists during the day were very nice and helpful and the location is good

Comfortable modern hotel overlooking the Maas Bridge. I was lucky enough to get a corner panarama room on the top floor. The views of the city are great. A good size room will all the amenities & a great walk in shower.
Dinner offers a good choice of fusion cooking, with Indonesian influences. There is also a good buffet breakfast.
There is a car park, but the metro stops right outside the front door, so relax & use public transport! It is easy to walk or use the metro & trams to explore the city from here. I will certainly stay here again.

Stayed there for a few days to attend a international conference. The hotel is well located only 20 mn walk from Rotterdam central station and near very good restaurants. However the room allocated to me with two single beds was not confortable at all. Very small and the beds too! Anyone over 1.60m would find it too small, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable too, didn’t manage to sleep properly for 4 nights, when I asked reception to change my room to a double bed they told me that’s what my company booked for and if I wanted to change I would have to pay extra. This was not correct all my colleagues who travelled had a room with a double bed which was comfortable. The reception staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was only ok, hot food not the greatest! The other issue I had is that quite a lot of people were smoking outside the hotel and no ashtrays were provided so cigarette buts were everywhere outside the street and in front of the hotel which was not inviting! Not fair for the cleaner and not good for the environment either! Returning to Rotterdam in September for the main conference, I certainly won’t be booking this hotel again!

Stayed here overnight as a side trip from Amsterdam. Hotel reception staff is a bit cold and unaccommodating. The room is basic and the AC was wonky. Rotterdam was not even hot compared with Amsterdam when we visited. In fact, it was drizzling and cool outdoors.

We kept the AC running for over 5 hours as we headed out to Markthal. Our room was still warm when we came back later that night. The hotel staff came over to check on the AC before we slept and told us to report it again if things did not improve after 1 hour. I was awaken in the middle of the night sweating. It was too late in the night by then to ask for a change of room. We might have been assigned an older room compared to the others.

The room itself is unremarkable, antiseptic and uninspiring despite having a view of the Erasmus Bridge (which cost extra).

Only plus point is the accessibility to the Metro Station.

They don't have USB power ports, only EU power sockets. Best advice is to buy them in Holland. They are very cheap at some stores.

When I stayed there the room was quite small. Assuming that it might be quite small with a child then.
