I changed my reservation from another hotel to this one, because it advertised air-conditioning. A large noisy fan is not the same as air-conditioning. The room was fine apart from the poor sleep quality due to the humidity. Luckily, we only stayed for one night....More

If you want to visit Maastricht, this is the perfect place to start. The location could not be more central. The hotel room was large and comfortable. And it is very convenient to have dinner in the Brasserie. Lovely service, what more do you want?

This year I was in the restaurant next door and the patrons of Britannique were loud and very drunk, they ruined the show for everyone in surrounding restaurants. This may have been a once off. You could email the restaurant and make sure they don’t have a corporate party that night. It was a corporate party that ruined the show for us - they had no respect for Andre Rieu and his wonderful orchestra. Such a pity as we had travelled from Ireland
