Just a little tale quickly. We were going to Durban then decided to go to The Tuscan Garden as our one night stop over all the way from joburg and that was the best decision we had ever made! The service we got it was accompanied by so much warmth, embrace and unadulterated happiness. The second time we got back from Durban which we arrived quite earlier, that was when we witnessed the beauty of a majestic garden in such a setting and the location. The place felt like coming out for air. The atmosphere, the purity of the air, the beauty of the garden... unbelievable! The location so safe and secure. We had more time when we got back from Durban. The beauty of the room on a naked eye, is unexplainable. The design and quality of the bedding as a whole, utensils, furniture and the bathroom... AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place and rate 10/10.

My hubby and I booked a weekend at Tuscan Garden and had a fantastic experience. The guesthouse is situated in a very quiet and leafy suburb. Gerhard and the staff are so friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms and other areas are tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and very picturesque. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Newcastle. Thank you Gerhard for taking such great care of us.

The Tuscan Gardens, in contrast to some of the posts I've read elsewhere, struck me as being pristine, hospitable, and downright classic. My comfort was consistently checked on by the staff, who were all extremely friendly. When I return, I'll most definitely stay there!

The Tuscan Garden was an amazing experience, Gerhard was so quick to respond and welcome us despite it being VERY last minute! The rooms were beyond clean and well looked after. Gerhard was even kind enough to let us know what the load shedding schedule was like during our stay as well as what time the generator would operate. He even gave us directions to a local restaurant for the night which we enjoyed tremendously! 5/5 stars for the ambiance of Tuscan Garden and the hospitality shown. Lastly Gerhard even gave us tips and routes for our travels, recommending that we should stop by Clarens on our journey which turned out to be an unforgettable memory on out trip!

We enjoyed our stay at The Tuscan Garden very much. Our rating will definitely be 5/5. The owners were away on holiday and Cherise was managing the guesthouse. She is absolutely a precious diamond and a super host. We were so spoiled and got the best service ever. We were in Newcastle for an Easter Conference and every night when we came back, she did a turn-down for us, with a neat bed and chocolates on our pillows, and all the extra scatters and blankets neatly put aside ... what a wonderful feeling when coming home exhausted. Lovely place, very nice hosts and our doggy loved his new friends. The gardens are magnificent and the hosts were so friendly. Our little dog loved it and made friends with the new hosts little dogs. We enjoyed it.

So we ended up staying here as our half way point on the way to Durban. The room was spacious and clean. We were greeted by the two resident dogs who liked to hang out by our room. The king size bed was very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. The internet speed was more than adequate. Enjoyed our brief stay.

Enjoyed the place very well, of which I can also recommend to someone else. I even want to revisit the place soon. The staff is there to meet the needs of Guests. The pool is very clean even the yard too.
