We had a suite at the hotel and unfortunately this is definitely not a five star hotel in any means. The room is old and dated. The room basically feels like there is no window - even with the ear plug, you cannot drain the noise from outside. I have not tried other hotels at Pal

This hotel exudes old world charm. The rooms are well appointed and furnished to give the appearance of old world elegance. The best part is the bathrooms have a bit more of a modern flair. Being American I am a bit of a snob when it comes to bathrooms and this bathroom was well

The staff was outstanding. Every question we had, and there were a lot, were answered and with a smile. They made great recommendations and even ordered some sicilian reginella for us to take home. There was a great variety of food for breakfast and the room had a very old fashio

I had the same experience, with the exception of the housekeeping staff and the waitress in the breakfast area no one smiles in this hotel! I thought the same as you and in looking for a meeting space I think the hotel is great but I can't subject a large groupp of Americans to this hotel.
Agreed. I don't think a large ;or small) group of Americans would enjoy the ambiance at this hotel. It was almost like a weird movie.

Hi Id like to send flowers to one of your guests. Can I arrange it without using international calling?
"Request a room in the rear of building or one not facing the street. Very noisy at night if not."
"Quieter rooms would be on the sides and not the front of the hotel"
"Ask for a high room as the streets can be noisy."
"Ask for a room away from the street."
"Rooms facing the street have views and opening windows, but are also noisy at night."
US$110 - US$264 (Based on Average Rates for a Standard Room)
