I had been travelling through Europe for work for 3 months and my partner and I stayed at this Hotel for a booked 2nights, my partner was also working as we have businesses at home to run and work overseas. After reading the reviews I felt this hotel would be fine for a few days. When we arrived we were checked in and went to our room, old fashioned but clean and spacious. My partner used the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken to the point that it could not be used. There was a girl on the front desk and a trainee, both really had no management skills. We were moved to another room, asked to come and collect our key, no assistance to move our luggage and asked to return the other key... poor service, very bad wifi after we nicely asked if there was a problem with it, and asked for an iron, there was no iron but under duress she showed us the laundry room. It all seemed too much trouble. I would not recommend staying here, we checked out after one night, there are plenty of good hotels in town particularly the Duomo and it’s stunning restaurant Sumo, a must to try.

+ Very clean room + Very friendly persenel + Location and building + Free parking + Garden - Outdated lounge - The bar is there, does not look open - Beds horribly hard (though this is a matter of taste) - You can hear everything your neighbor is saying/doing, so they'll hear you - A swimming pool would've been fantastic

This is an “old school” traditional hotel which is a real jewel in Sardinia. Staff are amazing, polite and very helpful. The rooms are lovely old world charm with proper furniture and high ceilings (if a bland chain hotel is what you like then this is not for you). Breakfast buffet is nice with a coffee machine, pastries and a variety of breads and cold options which is sufficient to start the day and it is constantly replenished (if available, try to get a table outside). Had no problem parking close but make sure you are not in a blue line bay as they are charged. Hotel restaurant is amazing by the way, try it.
