Located right in the centre, overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. Picture yourself sitting at your junior suite window gazing out at the Rialto Bridge, probably the most famous landmark in Venice. Below, a steady stream of gondolas and boats make their way along the Grand Canal and the water-buses stop a few paces away so that the whole of Venice is at your disposal.

San Marco
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.

Dear Guest, Many Thanks for Your positive feedback. We're happy to read that our Hotel is part of Your nice experience here in Venice. In summer honestly the City is very busy but if You come to visit us we can suggest You some "unknown" part of Venice with few tourists. Best Regards Mauro

Booked this hotel as a Christmas present for my wife, we stayed in early Feb, weather was a little cold and wet but this helps with the crowds I think, not that busy, also we must have been there for some high tides as the first two nights outside the hotel flooded! You can

A great position with good and friendly staff. A lovely lobby and decor. Then things get squeezed and little room to manoeuvre - a bit like Venice. I must admit I would not like to imagine what the hotel and Venice are like in the summer - it felt crowded now. Breakfast was

The best way to reach the hotel from Marco Polo airport is via private water taxi. The ride takes about 30 minutes and the cost for up to 4 people is 120.00 Euros. It can be reserved directly at the arrival terminal at the water taxi reservation desk open 24 hours. No reservation in advance is Required. Alternatively, there is a ferry boat provided by ‘Alilaguna’ (orange line to Rialto Stop), departing every 30 minutes from 7:45am till midnight.. The ride is approximately one hour and the cost per person is 15 Euros. The boat stop is located at 300 feet from the Hotel The last option is to take the public bus ACTV 5, from the arrival terminal to Piazzale Roma (8 Euros, 25minutes), and then the public boat ‘vaporetto’ 2, from Piazzale Roma to Rialto stop (7.50 Euros, 15 minutes). The hotel is at 20 feet from the boat stop.
