Stayed here for 4 nights in May and we thought the location was ideal. Located in the Brera district, there are many bars and restaurants nearby, and was within 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. The hotel was also located perfectly to reach the Central...More
The taxi from Milan Central Station was much more reasonable than we paid in Florence although it was a fairly long way.

Amazing location, close to everything you need to see in milano, in the middle of nightlife area and 2 min from metro station. Good staff, everyone were very nice and helpful. Clean room and good breakfast.
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to
admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).

It's very easy to just get a taxi from the dedicated taxi area outside the arrivals exit. Rate is set and you'll have no issues with getting ripped off or finding whoever is supposed to meet you if you hassle with pre-arranging a collection... I'd say, just keep it simple. Enjoy Milan, it's fabulous!!!
