This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station ... mostly through a pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants etc.
The hotel is well signed but, at the entrance, it looks more like an office building as reception is on the 1st floor. The room is simple and modern. It has an opening french window onto a small balcony. Good desk for writing. Comfortable bed. Well appointed bathroom with shower, bidet, WC etc. WIFI worked well. TV in the room.
Apart from the pedestrian street outside, the main shopping area is only 5 minutes away and the start of the old city 10 minutes away. Excellent location.
Breakfast was great value at €4.50 per person.
Staff were very friendly and I heard the the man on reception speaking fluent English, French and Italian ... maybe more. Very welcome and would suit the young at heart of any age.

Hotel located inside a condominium. Strong point of the structure is definitely the really central location, points against..... unfortunately different. Absolute lack of parking (there are few blue striped stalls always occupied) that forces you to use the garage at the price of 18 euros per night. Lift dedicated to the hotel (there are two) really narrow: it is difficult to enter in two people without suitcases. Small room as well as bathroom, just enough cleaning. In the bathroom upon our arrival the shower soap dispenser was detached from the wall; we made this known first to the orderly who was on the floor who told us he knew and then to the reception without having had any feedback the next day of our stay. We did not use the breakfast that was proposed to us at a cost of 6 euros per person. Very young and courteous reception staff, good wifi signal, nice decorations on the walls of the common areas in musical style.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is a budget hotel, lower price and well accepted for 2 stars hotel and surely for a solo traveler like me, it s more than enough. The offered a clean room, all in function, tv, air condition, wifi and hot water. The staffs were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel offered free mineral water, microwave and free virgin oil for salad. The location is also very strategically in the downtown area and near to train station, bernole. I m satisfied and will come to this hotel again when visiting Genoa.

The hotel is extremely well located in the center of the city. Parking is in an adjacent garage (€ 18 per day). The entrance is not so easy to find, house nr. 5. Inside take the lift to floor H where you will find a very friendly and welcoming reception.. The room is spacious, clean and new but devoid of almost everything, including glasses. The sockets require some technical insight, bring adapters. But it is quiet and basically has all you need for an overnight stay. Free coffee and hot water is available downstairs. The Wifi works well. And it is in walking distance from all the sights the city has to offer.

For the price it’s good. Decent location, simple rooms. The jacuzzi was out of action when we visited and the rooms could’ve done with a bin in the bedroom and ironing facilities. Staff were fantastic though and could not do enough for you. The walls aren’t the thickest so it can be noisy but nothing to disrupt sleep.

As a hotel I was not happy. The rooms were clean great staff but where do you put your stuff. I had to leave my backpack on the floor and my clothes on top of my suitcase. The felt just moved in with out furnishings just bear. The location is great easy 7 minutes walk to Brignole station and the main strip is in the other direction towards Ferrari Piaza.

I am a regular customer and when I stay in Genoa it is always my first choice. The rooms are very easy but comfortable and above all have a human-sized shower. Just one note: I would like to find the kettle and at least one bottle of water. It would make a difference. That said, the value for money is excellent.

The hotel is located near Genoa station, a few steps from the centre. Yes it is located inside a building. It has a characteristic style as it is furnished with a music and music artists theme. The rooms are very small, but equipped with all comforts: TV, air conditioning, bathroom linen, clean. The buffet breakfast is served by an attendant. The staff is kind. Maybe a little expensive for a two star hotel. But overall it's comfortable.
