Fantastic views from both sides of the room and a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the sea. Elizabetta is a great host - lots of communication, very clear directions to arrive including pictures, and she provides an abundance of snacks, breakfast items, and cold drinks all at no extra charge. Plus a tea pot and single serving coffee maker. The room is very nicely decorated and the bathroom has modern fixtures with a fun stone sink and “waterfall” faucet. Don’t overlook the term “studio” apartment in the description. It isn’t really an apartment as much as a large room with a small refrigerator, tea kettle, and coffee maker - the photos are accurate. Plenty of room for two people, or two plus a child, but a third adult might get kind of cramped. As others have mentioned, there are the expected stairs and hills in the town to get to the apartment but once inside the building there is another set of pretty steep stairs up to the unit. Pack lightly! The only negative is while it is very cute, there is so much decor that there isn’t really anywhere to put your stuff. Perhaps an empty table in place of the chair in the corner would be better use of the space.

This little apartment was the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked very well. The host offered lots of amenities and was very pleasant to work with. It’s very hilly in Manarola and the apartment is a hike up very steep hills. Prepare to walk, wear appropriate shoes, and then eat everything you want. You’ll earn it with the walking.

Le camere sono molto pulite, curate nei dettagli e ben arredate.la vista sul mare è mozzafiato. Facilmente raggiungibili ed a pochi passi dal mare e dalla trattoria “Dal Billy”. Ottima la flessibilità per il check in. Super CONSIGLIATO!!

This apartment has good potential. It is in a good location in Manarola with views in both directions. The apartment is small and I would not recommend more than two people. The apartment was not clean with dust on all surfaces including the floor. The fridge mirror was filthy and the safe was not working. The air conditioner stopped working and it took them two days to repair. Unfortunately I think this place is riding the tourism wave and is complacent. Not worth the price even with such a good location.

Salve, con il proprietario della struttura dove avete soggiornato per 5 giorni. Il mio staff ed io mettiamo la massima cura in tutto quello che offriamo. che va quindi dalla pulizia al confort. All'accoglienza a 360gradi. La sua recensione come abbiamo avuto modo anche di risponderle su Booking, ci lascia quantomeno stupiti per vari motivi che voglio qui elencare. In primo luogo lei ha tenuto un contatto costante con il mio staff e avrebbe potuto (se del caso) farci notare i particolari che nella sua recensione ha menzionato. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia - noi le abbiamo fatto trovare una camera pulita - va da sè che stando voi 5 giorni - qualche granello di polvere possa essersi posato. La invito anche a leggere le oltre 100 recensioni dove la nostra struttura ha massimi voti sopratutto nella pulizia. Per quanto riguarda la metratura della camera - questa è stata indicata chiaramente nella descrizione su Booking, quindi avete scelto voi di prenotare da noi. Per quanto riguarda la cassaforte - c'è una chiave posta dentro la serratura stessa a disposizione dei clienti se ritengono di usarla. La cosa che ci dispiace però in assoluto di più e la critica sul nostro intervento per rimettere in funzione il condizionare. E' stato avvisato il giorno stesso che non eravamo potuti venire a resettare il telecomando (il problema era che voi avete inavvertitamente schiacciato il timer sul telecomando - il condizionatore era perfettamente funzionante) perchè avevamo avuto un incidente con la macchina. Lei ci ha risposto che non c'era problema - che andava bene anche il giorno successo (faccio presente che i gradi quei giorni non hanno mai superato i 18°). Noi mettiamo il massimo impegno in quello che facciamo ed in quello che offriamo. Come i nostri molteplici clienti di tutto il mondo hanno potuto apprezzare. Obviously I asked her to find me an alternative as I had booked a month earlier while now there were only a few days left to my overnight stay. She tells me that I would have no problem finding another accommodation, that it would have been bad weather anyway but that she would have tried to look for something else. I obviously tried to make some phone calls but it was all very full. I would have had to move from Manarola (where I had already booked the restaurant for dinner) or find accommodation at crazy prices. The lady hasn't been in touch since. I wrote to her telling her that I couldn't find anything and asking if she had been able to find Accommodation. She answered me a few minutes later saying that she had found nothing but that she would look again. I've been waiting like a fool for a message from him. NEVER HEARD OF AGAIN. I had to fend for myself by finding a solution that wasn't what I wanted, paying a lot more, by the way. I texted her to say that she was being unfair and unprofessional, but obviously she didn't respond. I think this person behaved badly towards us, I understand that it is not his fault that the room had infiltrations but I also think that he should have found us an alternative instead he completely did not care canceling the Reservation made 1 MONTH before. Tre giorni meravigliosi, svegliandosi il mattino e poi tornando la sera nel delizioso appartamentino affacciato sul mare da entrambi i lati, confortevole e pulito, arredato con gusto, corredato di tutti i generi di cortesia che si possano immaginare. Non c'è cucina ma abbiamo fatto una colazione 3 giorni con le cose buone che la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare all'arrivo, poi bollitore e macchina caffè, un vero benvenuto anche nel frigo, si vede l'attenzione all'ospite. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Dopo tanti anni di vacanze all 'estero quest' anno ho deciso di trascorrere le mie ferie in Italia convia amiche.... la prima tappa,nonché la più bella,è stata la Liguria precisamente alle 5 terre. Ho soggiornato a Manarola in questo fantastico appartamento situato in una posizione strategica e privilegiata. È molto pulito, ordinato, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di qualsiasi confort compresi cibo per l immediato arrivo , per la colazione e comunque un frigorifero ben rifornito per la durata del soggiorno. I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili,sorridenti, preparati e alla mano,sono stati molto gentili anche nel farmi da "navigatore personale e istantaneo" per raggiungere il luogo. Un punto di forza di questa struttura è senza alcun dubbio la posizione nonché la vista fantastica, infatti si affaccia sul mare da ambo i lati ...dalla finestra ho potuto ammirare dei tramonti sul mare veramente unici ed emozionanti che porterò nel mio cuore. Very nice, cozy place with fantastic views and in a superb location. Quick access to the main square and all restaurants. Trattoria Dal Billy highly recommended and is only a 5 minute stroll up the road. Great cleanliness standards and apartment well equipped and designed. Also has a very nice balcony overlooking the ocean.

I gave four stars to this review because I think location is very important as well as view when you’re staying at a place like this. We were just a couple so it was plenty of room for us but I could see how it would be tight with Four. Make sure that you’re ready to walk lots of inclines or stairs no matter where you stay in this region. As long as you know that then I think you would be happy with this place.

This was a hard review to write as it was a 'nice' enough place obviously in such an amazing location of the world, but honestly it was a very tight squeeze for 4 people we couldn't even pass each other in the room and the room was falling apart in places. The view from the balcony and room was nice. The location was good. Our host messaged us once to get our passports and to respond to one of our questions, but there was nothing special that happened. I would definitely recommend it, but just note that it is very basic and other than the beautiful view and location, there will be nothing special about this. If that's what you're after, than perfect.
